Absolute awesomeness!!! So good! Good and customer service!! 1 thing I love about Willy's, especially This location is that they are always nice! There's no quarrels about asking for chips to go. I love the chips, I ask for hot 1s, fresh scooped and there's no issue! I tried the avocado ranch dip sauce today and it was ????????????. I believe the little black lady is the manager and she is so sweet! ???? This is my Favorite location!!!! I wish Willy's was in NC so I could go when I visit home! I'm from Kinston. Greenville, Goldsboro, Raleigh or somewhere like that would be nice. Or, bring it on to Kinston! ???????? Good food at affordable prices! ???? #JenLoApproved ✈️????
The light up sign outside says- Margarita Bar. No margaritas in the house. The “bar” is a storage area full of boxes. The frozen machine is “being cleaned” before 8 pm and they close at 10. They couldn’t make one on the rocks and couldn’t explain why not.
Trash cans are turned around so no one can use them. Guests are putting their trash on tables as they exit. Employees were debating who was going to make my order as I’m standing in front of them. There’s only 4 tables occupied so they could have done better all around.
One of the worst customer service, paid for my food online, waited there for more than 30 mins, the workers can’t even understand or listen to customers
Good food but why am I obligated to show an email confirmation of MY OWN ORDER THAT I'M PICKING UP? Feels prejudice and strange. I'm not a gig workers I'm a patron. Fix it
I love Willy's and visit often, but this restaurant is truly different from the rest. The food here is incredible, unbelievably tasty and consistently great. I eat out twice a week, but this is my favorite Mexican spot. Even if the prices doubled, I’d still be here! Really good.
Willy's food is the best Mexican fast-food in Atlanta. The service could have been better, but I'm sure they don't get paid very well.

service is less than optimal in sooo many places. Great team and my FAVORITE Willy’s location. They give me what I want how I want it … and I’m a picky eater.
