waited about two hours sandwich 10/10 potatoes 3/10 chicken and waffles 8/10 (my husband said the skin was too flaky) i loved my sandwich and was fine with the wait but my husband disagreed but would 100% be 5 stars with a shorter wait!!! also the staff were very nice and checked up on us often
We found this place after missing our flight and coming here made our day! The food is amazing!!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You won’t regret it at all.
Sometimes I think about the sausage gravy and it keeps me up at night. I highly recommend the country boy breakfast, best country fried steak you’ll eat around the Glen Burnie area Small place but cozy. It gets a bit busy so be prepared to take a bar seat if you’re coming in for breakfast on the weekend.
Not that the lunch and dinner options are bad, but breakfast is the star of the show, and it isn't served all day. They do serve chicken and waffles for dinner though, and it comes with the country gravy, but they add maple syrup to it and it’s banging.
The breakfast potatoes are also very good.
The prices are a bit higher than what you would get elsewhere but its absolutely worth it.
Little parking and seating capacity (where motorcycles take up a complete spot). Service is slow. Food was ok going in however I vomited it later on. Will not return.
Wonderful lil hidden gem! Service was great and they offer and serve a wonderful selection using locally owned and farmed ingredients. I opted for the Chesapeake Eggs Benedict and they were amazing! They even have a great selection for a kids menu! We will absolutely be back! Only critique I would mention is to maybe have a small sign informing patrons/customers to sign in. We didn’t know and when the waitstaff is in the weeds, you don’t want to bother :)
Went there today 2/3/24 for lunch with a group of 9. Seven adults, 2 toddlers. Service from everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive and polite. The place is small but our server sat us close together and like others mentioned it was cozy. Food took some time so just be patience, talk to your companions and the food is out, hot and fresh. I had Mom’s meatloaf with gravy (2 slices) french fries and broccoli. I sprinkled a little salt and that was all I needed. I forgot to take picture of my food before I started eating. Sorry it was wonderful and overall good experience on my 1st visit.
My school principal bought me lunch today. I ordered the Habanero Bacon Burger no bun with chips on the side. As you can see by the picture, the burger was RAW. I always like to give a place a second chance, but serving raw hamburger is one thing that would keep me from giving a second chance. This was a big disappointment, as I had heard very good things about Willy’s Kitchen.
Really loved the breakfast sampler! Literally everything was delicious, french toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon, bisuits with gravy. Soooooo good. Very friendly local place.
