Best WLM Reviews
we have made a decision never to go to aNother place that does not specialize in fish since we are pescatarian. the food probably would have been better if we ordered steak or something or chicken but we got fish, the fish taste like it been sitting in water all day. the portions were okay, but you can tell that fish is not what they specialize in. the fries were the worst fries we have ever got from a establishment so far. it tastes like the fries had been re-cooked again to make sure they was hot but they were stale tasting. this is another place that was recommended, that we won't go back to again
Ordered take out. We got the catfish platter, chicken Alfredo, and alligator bites. The catfish platter was delicious and not salty at all. The hush puppies were amazing, it was soft and were a little sweet which we loved. The chicken Alfredo was great as well.
This was my first and last time ordering from here. I had a delivery order of Bayou Shrimp Pasta and the grilled pork chop dinner. The pasta was extremely dry and was nothing like described. The pork chops looked like the thin breakfast pork chops and were over cooked. I asked for cheesy garlic mashed potatoes and got plain potatoes, the macaroni and cheese was old and not good quality. For the prices, you would expect better quality.
Food was amazing!!! Ms Donna thanks for the great service!! She is so sweet!!! Will definitely come back and try the steak!!!
I ordered food to go. I find these reviews hard to believe. The food was absolutely atrocious. I mean I couldn’t even eat it. The meat literally smiles foul. The dressing dry and crumbly. The only thing fresh and was tasty was the squash. The picture is of food I took and put on a paper plate. Never again.
I moved here to the Brandon/Pearl area a year ago and found Willy B’s and couldn’t stop talking about it. A year ago I’d give it 5 stars. Within the last 2-3 months, quality of food has decreased. Me and my partner came in the same day the menu had been updated and even that night our food was not as good as previous times have been. I recently brought my family from out of town to Willy B’s bc I was hoping it would meet my usual expectations and unfortunately it didn’t. While my sisters enjoyed their meal, my order was wrong and not very fresh. Staff is FANTASTIC and friendly but since menu has changed the food is not the same. I personally won’t be back for awhile. I hope someone sees this and takes it into consideration!
Wow!!! This was our first eating here. Sam was our waiter and he went above and beyond! Very sweet person. We started with gator bites and omg they were amazing! Very clean and wonderful atmosphere! Will definitely be coming back!!!!
Good food, excellent drinks, nice vibe but it seemed like our server was a bit iffy that night. She forgot to put my order in, then she ordered the wrong sides. Maybe just an off night but I'm willing to give it a try again later, the Long Islands saved the night.
