It's a spacious, bright, and beautiful mall, the kind with large indoor main concourse where you can access the stores, or access them from the parking lot. It has a choice selection of stores, and unique, one of a kind entrepreneurs operation from kiosks. Some of these malls are thriving, while others are barely surviving.

Willow Grove Park, a charming mall filled with various activities and well-known brands to shop around, in addition to becoming more kid-friendly.
Although some stores become abandoned, they are replaced as fast as they are shut down. With an ample amount of parking space Willow Grove offers along with its three floors, it’s easy to become lost, but perhaps that’s also the fun of the trip of finding your car in the parking space and the exit.
You can never go wrong going here for the first time, the second time, or regularly, there’s always something to do for all ages. Each floor offers something different, enough to keep you company to look around and move on to the next store for a couple of hours before becoming tired, so you can say that there are a lot of stores to look into.
With the food court being upstairs and a restaurant nearby, there are several food options you can have to dine in in their spacious dining area.
It’s safe to say that this is one of the malls that is here to stay for a couple more years with its innovation and always being up to date with what the people are looking for when entering the mall.
Also mentioning, Christmas time here is nothing but sensational.
Haven’t been here in awhile and I was impressed with the mall. There’s not really any empty stores. The mall was pretty busy and it was clean. Lots of choices in the food court.
Just took my son for pictures with Santa, he was a little nervous and the whole team was so patient and kind! Santa was the sweetest and the pictures came out amazing. Rarely do we get to see mall Santa’s who look like us, thank you Willow Grove mall.
I love this mall. It still seems to attract a good deal of foot traffic too, in this day and age of dying malls. Tilted Ten is awesome, me and my little one love going there for some arcade fun. Lots of good department stores, like Macy's and Primark. The food court is solid too.
Very large mall! Super clean. A lot of stores… barely any vacancy. They have a little of everything. Very busy and somehow manage to keep everything clean. At Christmas time, it’s just beautiful!! Every single store that I visited was clean and the employees were pleasant and helpful.
Very good mall, there are not always many people
I feel like Willow Grove Park Mall fell off customer-service wise, compared to the customer-service being better back in the day.
Willow Grove Park Mall had better decency during my High School years from 2006-2009, then some of the early 2000s. My cousins and myself use to enjoy going to EB Games and Cheesecake Factory just for Dessert sometimes.
