I had a great first impression here! Marlowe was my stylist and he did a great job, he really listened to what I wanted with my hair type in consideration, and I really appreciate him taking his time and showing me throughout the process and asking if I’m happy with it. I’ve spent the same amount of money at other salons and was in and out in under 30 minutes, with no updates or asking my opinion. I’m thankful Marlowe took his time and was more than happy to try and match my inspiration pictures. Will definitely be back, thank you Marlowe!
I went to this salon and was great but I scheduled another appointment and they said they would send a text to remind me. I didn’t write down the date but I expected a text to remind me. I never got a text or a call and they still charged me $50 for the appointment. I called and the person said oh yeah the notification wasn’t on for you and did not offer to reverse the charges. I get it but maybe they could do half or something since they did not have it to contact me and remind me. Not very happy.
Jess is so wonderful! She got my hair to the color I wanted, she was very thorough and made sure we had the same vision of what I wanted! She is super friendly as well! I’ve also thought my natural hair was straight for 19 years, but she showed me that my natural hair pattern is wavy and even taught me how to style it and got me the products that I would need! This is the best I have the best service I’ve ever received! I am so happy with the results and I will definitely be returning :)
I took my wife to willo Aveda , Marlow was her hair stylist and we both couldn't be happier with the experience! Marlow was incredibly professional, warm, and really took the time to understand what my wife wanted. My wife left the salon with a stunning new look, feeling more confident and beautiful than ever. I feel like I have a "hair home". I came in the first time really concerned about how thin and brittle my hair had become. I was assigned Jess because she's noted as good with thinning hair and she's my girl! She's been so supportive and knowledgable. My hair is doing so much better and I am incredibly thankful. Beautiful salon, wonderful staff and my stylist is awesome!
Best haircut of my life! She understood what I wanted and took the time to really make sure my hair would look how I wanted it to when I left. Previous haircuts just cut my hair off, leaving it short and flat. She cut my hair with skill and knowledge so that days later I am still amazed at the volume and curl she was able to coax out of my wavy hair. Amazing and worth the price without a doubt. Im so happy! Before and after photos but it honestly looks even better now without styling!
I went in for a consultation with Brianna about grey toning my hair. She was so helpful and went over what to expect step by step. She is a reliable hairdresser, patient and very knowledgable. I would recommend her to friends and family.
I had an awful experience.
I booked this appointment on a whim because I needed my hair cut. I saw plenty of reviews on google, which I assumed it was a good place.
I checked in and was greeted by the staff. When the stylist call me over and I sat down, she said “I was getting ready to go home but they told me I had another service to do”
That service was me.
It was very off putting because it seemed like she was annoyed that she had to do my hair. She never greeted me, she never told me her name. Throughout the appointment, I never even knew her name until I got a survey via text.
I added a consultation on my appointment, but she didn’t even do a consultation. She just asked what I wanted and then she lead me to the wash station. I did noticed that while she was blow drying my hair, she’s snarky towards her co workers. I guess they just go along with it because that’s just her personality.
After she cut my hair with layers, I liked the way it looked in the front. When it came to the back of my hair, I noticed my hair looked choppy and had a gap between the top and bottom half of my hair, it wasn’t blended. I told her my hair didn’t look blended and pointed to where I was talking about. I guess this offended her or something and her response was “I’ll just cut more layers” she proceeded to cut more “layers” but she didn’t cut the area that I asked about. When she was done and showed me the hair, I looked at it for a VERY long time. (There were plenty of stylists there, so I’m pretty sure they saw). I’m not a confrontational person and the way she responded the first time made me feel uneasy so I just let it go and ended my appointment.
I paid for my service and the front staff let me know tip is a separate transaction. I did not tip.
The front staff gave me a shameful look, which I didn’t care for because anyone who experienced what I went through wouldn’t have tip either.
I’m sure they saw the back of my hair as I walked out.
