Wasn't feeling very well and I'm not somebody who likes going to see the doctors very much.
I went here, was very easy to make an appointment and register online, and I was able to get seen the same day. Everybody who worked there was very very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner I saw figured out what was wrong with me, got me some meds prescribed and out of there and today I'm feeling much much better.
I was told by the front desk that my Medicare and supplemental insurance were no longer active so I paid 100% out of pocket. While waiting I was told Medicare would cover a portion so I was refunded a portion and charged again for the balance. After the visit I called my supplemental to find that it was in fact active and that balance should have been covered. I walked into the office the following day and a different receptionist acknowledged that my supplemental was good and I shouldn't have been charged. I have been trying for weeks now to be refunded and have been told over and over that someone would contact me to address the situation, but I have never received a call back. I am giving up after several months of trying to get help. Unfortunately I will not return there. I hope something like this doesn't happen to you.
They got us in quickly. Husband diagnosed with type A Flu. Received needed meds and in addition I received meds to help prevent me from getting sick which was much appreciated. They were very nice and respectful through the whole visit and all of them had great personalities. I will recommend them to all we know.
The staff is very friendly and professional. They took great care of my daughter. It is very refreshing to go into a clinic and feel that all our needs and concerns were addressed!
*EDIT: JUST GOT A BILL FOR $142 IN THE MAIL. APPARENTLY ALL URGENT CARES ARE TRASH.
Been twice. I'm sure I'll be back again. I like the flat rate pricing for visits.
When I was paying out of pocket other clinics said that the price was the final total, then I'd get a bill a month later for just as much. That didn't happen here.
I love this facility. It’s always so easy and quick to get an appointment when you actually need one. They are very fast and get you in and out and no time. I never have to wait to be called back! Any medical provider I see there is very knowledgeable and helpful! I love how they have x-ray machines & so much more!
Very friendly and compassionate staff! Great service! Highly recommend if you can’t get in to see your normal doctor.
