Dr. Aguirre and his staff were Outstanding! They were all very personable and professional. They answered all my questions and it was the most pleasant (if that could be said about seeing a dentist) experience in a dentists chair I've ever had. I'd highly recommend everyone to choose Dr. Aguirre and his staff for all your dental needs.
I've had to be numbed up before and had tramatic experiences in the past that has me terrified of dentist. However, Dr. Aguirre was amazing. I did not feel a single poke. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. The ladies in the office were all very friendly and professional. I can say I finally found a dentist that I'm pleased with thank you all for taking care of me.
Trying to set up a new patient appointment and the receptionist was very difficult to work with. She exclaimed that I needed to have an insurance card but most dental insurance does not offer an insurance card. First she said she would set up the appointment and I gave her the information then she said I had to have the card before she could. After 10 mins of going in circles I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for 16 mins and then hung up on.
Needless to say, I will not be going here and I would advise you find somewhere else too. It shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth before you even get to the dentist. Everything is expensive, even with insurance. So I will make sure I give my money to the place with good customer service.
Dr Aguirre and his entire staff are such a pleasure. After working in dentistry for 30 years I realize how difficult it can be. The entire office makes it look like a piece of cake. I moved and had to take a risk and find a dentist that I did not know. I would recommend Dr Aguirre and stalk to every person I know and feel great about it!!!
The actual office is just fine. If the office is busy, good luck getting through to speak with an actual person. The Call Center is in Belize. You may reach someone who speaks English well. For simple needs, the Call Center is fine. Should you actually need to have the doctor communicate with the pharmacy, or a more complicated issue, I suggest you get back into your car and return to the office before they close. If not, good luck having the real need addressed. God forbid should we ever become a Socialist Nation.
Great office. Friendly staff, prompt and very gentle. New patient. I was in and out in an hour. That included xrays and a cleaning. I have found my new dentist. I will recommend this Dentist to everyone.
Very kind and easy to work with people at front desk. Made me feel comfortable. The actual work done was made as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

Dr. Aguirre is nice, but I came here because I was in awful pain (wisdom teeth) and needed to get something scheduled asap. I get to the oral surgeon and they need to reach out to my dentist for approval for a pre-determination letter in JUNE. It is almost OCTOBER and the pre-determination letter FINALLY got requested because Willis Family Dental finally picked up the phone! The oral surgeon couldn't get ahold of this place for months. So I wasted 2 months in pain!
Absolutely ridiculous. The X-Rays were also really painful. I came here because I moved to Willis but I will be driving to my original dentist in Kingwood due to customer service.
