We recently came here for dinner and had an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. What truly set my visit apart, however, was our server, Chelsea. From the moment we were seated, Chelsea’s genuine warmth and professionalism shone through. She was attentive, made excellent menu recommendations, and went out of her way to ensure every detail of our meal was flawless.
Chelsea’s knowledge of the menu and ability to accommodate our preferences made the experience feel personalized and special. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude turned a simple dinner into a truly memorable evening.

Went in tonight with my friends tonight and had amazing service from max! We sat at one of the high top tables and had a great time. The music and the TVs really bring a great vibe to the restaurant. Max was always on top of everything. From making drinks, taking orders, and running food. This willies looked really clean and well taken care of. Not to mention the food was delicious! If you’re looks for a quick and easy dinner, this is definitely your place !

I had an amazing experience at Willie’s Grill and Ice House, and a big part of that was our server, Hadley. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her upbeat attitude really enhanced the overall dining experience. It’s rare to come across such top-notch service, and Hadley definitely made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place, and if you’re lucky enough to have Hadley as your server, you’re in for a great time!
Best experience I have ever had! The atmosphere was perfect and amazing, along with the menu having a variety of dishes to choose from. What truly made my visit exceptional was the service provided by my server, Kailey. From the moment I sat down she was attentive and friendly. Her warm and positive attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall Kaileys exceptional food and the great service made an unforgettable dining experience.
We stopped at Willie’s in Boerne while passing through town.
It’s a very casual restaurant. You order at the counter but then when you sit down you have a waitress to refill drinks and bring your food. Our server was very nice and attentive.
Food was ok but could use a little more flavor. The Crispy Chicken Cobb salad was huge. The chicken bites were very tender and good but overall there wasn’t a ton of flavor in the salad.
The Hot Cheetos tenders were good but again not full of flavor.
The best item we ordered was probably the loaded cheese fries. The queso was good and when dipped in ranch they were
delicious.
The Big Willie frozen drink was good and packed a punch.
What a great experience! Service was top tier with Andrea. She was so kind and on top of things even when she was busy! Will definitely request her section next time. Great food as well, my kiddos loved and husband loved it!
Tori & Audrey were the BEST bartenders I have EVER came across. They were the sweetest girls ever and I loved having conversations with them! The food came out so fast and they made sure we were all good! loved them so much, go pay them a visit!
