Been here dozens of times over the years. It’s close to so much and they have a good variety of food. I am still upset they got rid of the teriyaki chicken bites a couple years ago tho. I will adjust my review to 5 stars if and when they bring those back
we were in the area and looking for a decent place for lunch and decided to try Willie’s. overall good food and good service.
In this restaurant, you order at the counter and then sit down and a server will bring your food and you can order additional items from the server. we started off with the hush puppies which were good in size and flavor (different than ones from new orleans but still good) and we also got a side salad and a cheese willie burger with onion rings. the side salad was basic but a good portion size with decent lettuce and toppings. the burger was outstanding with good size and good flavor (tasted fresh) and the onion rings were really good. only disappointment was the cocktail sauce which tasted like bad ketchup
overall good food, good portion sizes and good service (a bit loud music for lunch)
Came here during Spring Break and it was crazy busy at lunchtime. Lots of families enjoying a nice day.
Order taking was quick and efficient. Table service wait staff was friendly and professional. Lots of televisions with tons of option to view. For a casual, relaxing and fun experience, this is it.
Food arrived quickly and both dishes were visually appealing and delicious. Drinks were cold and refreshing.
Both dishes we ordered were huge portions and were quite delicious.
It’s not a bad food taking into account it’s that kind of places you stop after driving for forever hours and just being in need for any food :)))
My server Kylie was amazing. She was super friendly and timely with our service. We barely waited from seating to leaving and it was great food and drinks overall. Will come back for sure
First time here and it won’t be our last. Prices are great, and the portions are massive. Our server, Trevor, made for an absolutely great experience. Came with the kids, and we can’t break to bring my husband. Good vibe and feel! Great quality food!

Great Management and Friendly Service at Willie’s Ice House
I recently visited Willie’s Ice House and had a mixed experience, but it ended on a positive note thanks to the attentive staff. When I placed my order at the counter, I asked for salmon, but the person taking my order mistakenly assumed that the redfish tacos would be a substitute for it. A little mix-up on both sides, perhaps, but I was disappointed when my meal arrived and found it wasn’t salmon. However, when I brought it up to the manager, they were absolutely wonderful about it. They listened to my concerns, apologized, and made things right without hesitation.
My waitress was also incredibly sweet and attentive throughout my meal, making sure I had everything I needed and checking in to see how I was doing. She added a warm touch to the experience that made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, despite the initial hiccup, the staff’s kindness and professionalism really shone through. I left with a smile, thanks to the caring team at Willie’s!
