This was the first time I stepped inside Willies, and I am glad I did. Emily was our hostess and ensured we understood how seriously the restaurant takes customer satisfaction. The manager also came to our table to ensure everything was going great. The food was perfect; their potato fries were simply outstanding. The vibe and atmosphere are so family-friendly. Going forward, this will be our regular hangout place. They have plenty of parking and are conveniently located.
We came in for lunch while on holidays. Food, drinks and service were excellent. I Highly recommend Willie's. We ordered the catfish and shrimp plate because we can't get catfish in Australia and it was light, crunchy and delicious. The frozen margarita was refreshing and tasty as well, would've liked a few more. Service was excellent. My new favourite in Houston.
Ugh… I did a curbside order & my order was brought out at the time it was specified. However , we received no napkins or utensils. We got home & my husbands onions rings were so soggy! I had a chicken stuffed baked potato & it looked great until I got into it & the bottom & there is a long black hair… I had to vomit!!! No hair nets anymore at these places?? So disgusting!! Check your food or just stay away!!!
We enjoyed a nice dinner after a fun day with family. They offer a good seafood variety on the menu. The place was very busy, everything was delicious and service was good.
Good food and dining experience, but the parking lot is a place waiting for trouble to happen. Went to get dinner and drinks last night and arrived a bit after 7pm, left the restaurant close to 9pm and discovered that my car and others were broken into.
The parking lot was dark, only light provided was the lights from the restaurant. All light posts surrounding the building were off, but the surrounding businesses had their parking lot lights on. No cameras or security in the area as well.
The restaurant itself had good food, but just a warning to not come here in the evening if you have a nicer vehicle and definitely do not leave any belongings in your vehicle. The restaurant is located directly off the road, which gives car break-ins a fast escape.
I highly recommend the restaurant have their lights fixed for the customer’s safety, and invest in cameras.
I parked directly in front of the restaurant, but somehow nothing was seen of the incident. Multiple cars had their windows broken as well. Be safe and cautious!
We came as a party of perhaps 30. Right away, we were advised that food service would wait until the entire party arrived, at the request of the party planner. We were glad of the notice, and it was no problem.

The food was fine. I had a salad, my wife the small gumbo. She had asked how big it was, to which the cashier replied that it was not too big, but stuffing if you weren't that hungry. It was a perfect reply, and accurate. My salad was good, but the gumbo was salty.

It was a nice party.
The food was delicious. The shrimp Tacos had a lot of flavor. The waitress was good, nice and friendly. The male cashier was talking to another employee when I was on the line ready to place my order.
Our table ordered several menu items. 1) The appetizer platter it was a perfect size but not hot , for four people. 2) A cheeseburger combo with fries that neither one was delivered to the table hot enough. The taste of the burger was okay but fries weren't unique tasting. 3) An order of a cheeseburger combo with mac and cheese. This dish arrived fairly warm but it wasn't a cheeseburger to brag about. 4) I ordered the Hot Cheetos rub 10 wings item. Again, not delivered hot, wings were small portions, no flavor of Hot Cheetos rub and I didn't use the Ranch Dressing. I'm not mentioning names because I know the service employees didn't mean any harm. They were exceptionally welcoming. I just wish for our first time here, the food served could have been something to brag about to family and friends.
