First time to this location. Got the same service and care we have come to expect from a Willie's. Wife had the chicken with broccoli and rice. I had the smothered chopped steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We had the fried pickles to start with. Everything was wonderful. And service was outstanding.
I recently visited Willie's Grill and Icehouse, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
Hubby had their burger and was raving that it was absolutely top-notch—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I had the cheesesteak it was busting with flavor and oh so delicious, with tender meat and gooey cheese that hit all the right notes. Our friends tried the pulled pork, which they said was incredibly tasty, with just the right amount of smokiness and tenderness.
The fries were a highlight too—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Pair that with the amazing service we received, and it made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The restaurant was spotless, and there was plenty of parking available, which made the whole experience even more convenient. If you're looking for great food in a clean and welcoming environment, Willie's Grill and Icehouse is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!
I had the BBQ hamburger and loaded fries on this occasion. The fries were very good. The burger was a tad overcooked and flavorless. The waitress was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I have been to other locations and the burger was much better. Might have just been an off day for them. I’ll give them another shot and update my review if it’s better.
Visited Willie's Grill and Icehouse for the very first time onSaturday 25Aug. The atmosphere was great. Didn't take us long with submitting our order and getting seated. For appetizers, we chose the fried onions and fried jalapeños. Both came out hot and were very good. For the main course, my Wife had the smothered steak with sides of seasoned rice and street corn. The smothered steak was cooked to her liking. She felt it was good, but not great. She didn't particularly care for the street corn. I had the catfish and shrimp combo with seasoned rice and coleslaw for my sides. Shrimp was delicious and bigger than most served at restaurants. The catfish was pretty good. Coleslaw seemed to be missing something but was good overall. Our experience with the meals, service, and atmosphere was very good.
I love my bartender Autumn. She is very professional, very courteous, and very prompt. I never have to wait she knows who I am. She knows her customers and she knows them and remembers everything that they like..
Had a blast with the family here. Great food, drinks, and vibes. Great for families and a quick lunch stop. Isaac was awesome he had exceptional service! Nice feeling to get this when going out with family.
This restaurant wad a 10 across the broad our waitress Schlar was top tier ???? was attentive and great at what she is doing the guy who greeted us was also very informative and helpful just top tier . Owner and management, your employees represented well. Keep up the great job .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Willie's is always a great spot to relax after work and get a great meal. The wings and rings were both flavorful and crispy. Never a disappointment in any of my many visits.
