It's a family safe atmosphere. The employees are friendly and very nice and attentive. We love the friend mushrooms but all their food is delicious.
I had an amazing experience at Willie's Ice House in Copperfield, all thanks to Jacob! From the moment we walked in, his warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He was attentive without being overbearing, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great suggestions from the menu. The service was fast, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Jacob's professionalism and upbeat attitude really made the visit special. Highly recommend Willie's Ice House, and definitely ask for Jacob if you're looking for top-notch service! 5 stars all the way!
We had the pleasure of being served by Christian during our visit, and he truly made our dining experience exceptional! From the moment we sat down, Christian was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional.

I placed an order for curbside pickup. Their website said I would have a 20 min wait but my food was being handed to me with 10 mins. My son and I both ordered burgers which were excellent! The meat was full of flavor and still juicy and not over cooked. I got sweet potato fries and he got hush puppies for our sides. Both were very tasty and cooked perfectly. We also ordered Mac and cheese brisket balls with bbq ranch sauce. The got 6 large balls fried perfectly crispy, cheesy, and at the perfect temperature to eat immediately. The ranch sauce to dip them in was the perfect addition to this full of flavor appetizer. The price was excellent for the amount of food that was provided! The only complaint that I have with this dinner was the chocolate shake that my son ordered with his dinner. It cost an additional $3.79 + tax. When it was delivered to us it was already melted and the consistency of milk and it was only about 8ozs. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of value in the purchase.
Stopped in to share an appetizer with my daughter - a nondescript Monday night before Thanksgiving. As always the atmosphere is welcoming and festive and on this particular night Christian went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We had a chips and queso appetizer followed by a pound of boiled shrimp - all prepared perfectly and hit the spot! Stop by and be sure to ask for Christian for a great evening out!
Our server Christian was attentive and fast as hell. Man takes it seriously in the best way. Great customer service 10/10
