I had an incredible experience at Willie’s Ice House recently, thanks to the amazing bartender, Alexandra! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.
Alexandra has an impressive knowledge of the drink menu and was more than happy to recommend some of her favorites. I decided to try one of her signature cocktails, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and refreshing! She has a knack for mixing drinks that not only taste great but also look stunning.
What truly sets Alexandra apart is her outstanding customer service. She was attentive, checking in on me frequently without being overbearing. Her genuine enthusiasm for her work is evident, and it creates a fantastic atmosphere that makes you want to linger longer. I appreciated her engaging conversation and the way she effortlessly connected with everyone at the bar.
At Willie’s Ice House, Alexandra is a true gem who enhances the overall experience. I left feeling uplifted and excited to return. If you’re at Willie’s, make sure to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink crafted by Alexandra—you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back and see her again!
Great place. This was especially great because of our amazing server Ieyleen ☺️ definitely will come back and eat here. Kid friendly and price is right.
I love coming to willies, it’s a fun and inviting place. The food is was amazing & the service was wonderful as always. However, the best part of our visit by far was the Manager Felicity! She is so kind & personable. She really made our whole experience 10x better! I definitely will be back to this location to see her!
Catfish and shrimp were fried. No option for grilled. It was ok, lacking flavor. Smaller than expected. Kids grilled cheese was tolerable. Prefer Bubbas kids grilled cheese. Willie's grilled cheese was soft and fluffy. Lacking crunchiness. Fruit cup was disappointing. Service was unfriendly and didn't seem to be in a good mood. Not rude persay. Just not welcoming. Like the new bar area but drink prices are a few dollars more than some places.
Love this location! happy hour 2-6pm Monday - Friday!!! Best way to end my work day. Kristin at the bar takes the best care of me we, manager Felicity always makes a point to say hello!! Some of the best burgers around!
What a great experience we had coming to this location! The food was delicious, drinks were refreshing and service was great! BUT the Manager Felicity was outstanding! She was friendly and inviting & made sure we had everything we needed. She’s a great energy and for that reason we will be back!
