Willie Jewell’s Old School Bar-B-Q really hits the spot for good BBQ! The meats were so tender and flavorful, and their different BBQ sauces had so much flavor. Really good portion sizes too.
This was a diamond in the rough. We spent the day at the beach, and wanted bbq afterwords. Very friendly front staff we had orderd to go because we was tired. Food was very good with the flavor and portions
Visited Willie Jewell’s today. Lived in Yulee area for 10 years, and never stopped in. Coming in from out of town, we decided to give it a try. We had a 2-meat platter, pork and ribs. I thought the portions were small. It was literally 2 ribs. There really wasn’t a real barbecue grilled taste to the meal. The sides were average. Do not recommend the bread pudding. There was a piece of Texas toast, and way too much corn bread. The corn bread wasn’t bad, it was just too much for the small portion of food. I will visit again, and try a different meal. Willing to give the Diner another chance to impress me.

Lots of food! The Sassy BBQ was my favorite. The peach cobbler did not disappoint.
We went here for lunch outing. We both had the 3 meat, 2 side platter with bread and tea both for about $45 total, military discount. They also have a sauce bar. Very delicious!
My experience visiting Willie Jewel’s for the first time today was very welcoming Mrs. Lulu was very nice and helping showing me the specials of today an also allowing me to go over the menu patiently. I’m so happy my Daughter choose barbecue for tonight everything was fresh and tasted good. Thank you Mrs. Lulu for being so kind and caring we will visit again an soon.
The food is mouth-watering! I highly recommend the brisket. It's not the same without Willie Jewell's sauces. I haven't been here in a couple of years. It was worth the drive.
