Best WLM Reviews

Majority of my fillings fell out within less than a year. One of the ladies at the front desk was so rude to me when they messed up my time for my appointment and still wouldn’t let me be seen. I had to reschedule a procedure (bc I was called into work) and was yelled at over the phone on how they would fill the slot time. That was the last I ever dealt with this office. Ever since Dr Schwartz left this office it went downhill. Would NOT recommend.
Only gave four stars because wait times can be very long BUT the quality of work I have received has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Eric Valdes is extremely knowledgeable and has done work I have had to see specialists in the past for. In addition, he has fixed previous dental work, improving my dental quality and protecting my teeth from future harm. Definitely suggest scheduling with him!
I always have a good experience here. I don't understand these bad reviews but I don't believe most of them. Dr Tyler took care of me. He was great. He is younger but he is very knowledgeable and very understanding. I've never had anyone else work on me. Maybe you should all ask for Dr Tyler lol ...I won't ask for anyone else
Good service, but had to wait for them to open to fix my temporary crown, web says open at 700 am , been waiting for 1/2 hour
The staff is nice and they do good work.
However, in my experience, they always seem to be behind schedule. Had a 4:30 appointment today. Walked out at 5:00 after seeing everyone else in the waiting room go before me, including people who arrived after me.
If a patient is 15+ minutes late to their appointment, they have to reschedule. But they can run 30+ minutes behind schedule and oh well.
Imagine having a 9:15 am appointment, you sit there for one whole hour in the waiting room watching family fued, and once you finally hear your name called, they tell you they can’t do the cleaning because there’s a guy fixing the air conditioner.
Imagine my walk of shame as I left.
I do not recommend this place and would not even bring a pet back there if I had one!!! Each time I returned for a visit the service was worse! However, I did like the cleanings by the hygienists.
The technician dropped my temporary crown on the floor while prepping it to install it in my mouth. Maybe an accident? She left the room for 2 minutes and came back and said she sterilized it. The doctor came in and installed it. I should not have returned.
A few days later my mouth and tongue became extremely dry, red, and painful. Short version the doctor prescribed medication. By the way, it took a few months for my mouth to get better.
The next time (almost 2 weeks) another technician was preparing my permanent crown for installation in my mouth and this time the tooth popped out of her hand and flew across the room, hit something, and landed in the corner on the floor! (Mistake?) She then left the room for a short time and returned after cleaning it.
Meanwhile, multiple dental assistants and other people constantly come in and out of the exam rooms to ask questions, look for supplies or assist the doctor in some way while I lay in the dental chair!
Not to mention the doctor goes from room to room to take care of other patients in between your procedure while you wait in the dental chair!
The final straw was they sent a bill to me months later for a service I did not have done. And when I called the staff was nasty and argumentative! I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place.
I cannot possibly say enough good things about this office. I'm not a particularly anxious dental patient, but I have a few rare medical conditions, some of which have to be carefully factored into consideration for my dental care. The staff at this office have been extraordinarily accommodating and their customer service is better than any dental office I've ever been to in my 34 years. Everyone is always smiling, friendly, and genuine. Furthermore, my 10-year-old son is autistic and previously had anxiety about dental procedures. The staff always take the time he needs. And have done a better job helping him feel comfortable than a pervious office we visited that supposedly catered to kids with various special needs.
