They close the doors 15 minutes before the posted closing time. - I tried dropping off paper work and the security guard looks at me and wouldn’t even open the door to ask why I was there. Good staff, free parking lot with a couple of spots available at any given time. Definitely would not recommend parking during alternate side parking times, it can be hard to find parking on those days.
This clinic has zero respect for their patients medical concerns. Attending physician Dr. Victoria Gorski is dismissive and condescending. They should definitely look over Patients Bill of Rights. At this clinic, you are not allowed to be upset if they drop the ball on your treatment/diagnosis. If you request adequate medical treatment and voice that verbally to them — they sound offended! How dare I question them on anything regarding my health! I am reporting both Tejada and Gorski to the department of health. Monti must have unlimited funds for lawsuits given the way they speak and treat their patients.
Very very unprofessional, its really sad that they are so called doctors but aren’t actually one . They proscribed wrong medication ;if i didn’t went to a emergency i wouldn’t never find out . Also the primary care doctor you supposed to have one but every visit they will pass it to different doctor . There has been all ready 3 times in one year that they changed my doctor. Unacceptable ill never recommend this place to anyone in my family or friends.
This clinic deserves ZERO stars!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The care provided by these so called doctors/physicians are minimal at best. The doctors do not care about their patients. Dr. Williams especially. She caused the death of my unborn child when I was 8 months pregnant. How she is still employed at this clinic is beyond me!!!!
I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 3 years and I absolutely love their services. Dr Mark Polisar is my PCP and he’s extremely attentive, respectful, responsive and thorough with his evaluation. Communication with him via MyChart is really effective. I appreciate the fact that they’re open until 8pm, very convenient. Wait time is way better now.
First time visitor to this clinic and have to say that my experience was very pleasant. 2PM Appt, got there 1:45 PM and waited no more than 10 minutes. Escorted to room where my vitals were checked and waited about 10 minutes for Dr. Lambert to arrive. We spent about 15-20 minutes getting to know each other and she advised me on things I needed to take care of. Next had blood taken and tech was flawless. All the ladies I encountered were nothing by courteous and helpful. Even when I called in to get assistance, had nothing but professional customer service.
Attention friends and family of this neighborhood and other relatives before choosing this clinic as a first think about it very well, since it has a bad qualification and I from my own experience can say that it is the worst family medical practice I have visited. They do not have a primary doctor, they are all students who practice the medicine and do not keep a medical record of the patient, therefore every time you call for a medical refeel they don’t know what to say because the last doctor you see may have finished his seminar and they will have to referral you to another practice.
I had an appointment at 7 and got there 30 minutes before and wasn’t seen until 8. The nurse was in and out of the room leaving me alone for a long period of time making me question on wether or not I should’ve left. It wasn’t until I went to the front desk and complained about not being seen for over an hour that the nurse came back to talk to me. I ended up leaving at 9 o’clock at night. All i wanted was birth control pills. It shouldn’t take this much of a hassle to prescribe me very important medication that’s essential especially in America today.
