I stopped by after the end of work for a midmorning meal. The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh. It was after 2am and they were STILL in good spirits! I appreciate their upbeat happy attitude and being so polite after standing on their feet for HOURS, to serve the public. Everybody there deserves a raise in salary, In My Opinion! Thank you Williams Chicken Staff, located on Redbird Ln and 67 Fwy. You're The Best! ♥️

7/8/24 Young cashier man took care of me extremely well, went above and beyond with his customer service and took it a step further by being quick and effective. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you again guys. Fully fair prices under 10$ for a large drink, 3 tenders and fries!
The manager or guy who served me, was obnoxious and very very rude. Misunderstood what I was trying to say. And when I tried apologizing to keep the peace, he actually closed the window in my face. He's bad for business. But that particular chicken place has awesome food. Please reprimand or discipline that employee.
I got a 5 piece tender dinner i asked for fresh tenders please he said ok i cook it for you he said give me 5mins pull up and we’ll bring it out I said ok he send the young lady out wit my food im thinking he really made it fresh only for me to get back to my job to re dropped tenders I’m so tired of Williams chicken being so lazy and messing up the franchise reputation it’s very messed up to the customers and I will not be returning this location any more
I used to like y'all, after not liking y'all for a while after my niece got sick in the early 2000s. But nooooo I had to date a Busta who told me y'all were the best ones. So I started back eating Williams. Actually I only ordered the tenders until earlier today. I was feeling adventurous and got the 2 piece dark instead with an extra roll and strawberry drink. Almost 2 hours later and I'm sitting on the porcelain throne writing this. I am hotter than that old grease you must've used to cook that nasty chicken in. The leg was ok but I didn't finish it. When I got to the thigh I had to keep spitting it out. The fries I finished. For some odd reason none of yalls stuff had seasoning on it! Why? When the Asian gentleman is there the food is good, fresh and seasoned. I don't know if he went on vacation or what! As I hit the first deposit to the toilet I thought I was free and clear like sprint. Oh noooo 1 min later I had to run back in and this time I did some damage! While it was coming out of one end it came out the other too. So now I was spewing like a two headed waterhose! It's everywhere and I know it was your food. I want my dang money back and y'all better hope I don't have to go to the hospital! Never again! I was going to post the pics but I won't do the public like that.
I only really eat tenders and the size at Williams is superior to all competition. And the availability of gizzards that actually taste good is the icing on the cake.
Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff the management on duty needs to work on his management skills I asked for a manager the kids told me I need to come back tomorrow and talk to somebody I cannot talk to anybody Right now because there’s no management on duty but I think the management walked out from the back room and I asked to speak with him and he never came to see what I want it he never came to see what was going on he never solve the problem this needs to be handled
