This location was really busy but I was patient due to the circumstances. I ordered 8pc dark and specifically stated I don't eat thighs and if you have to give me more legs NOT A PROBLEM. I prefer legs and ticket stated 5 legs & 3 thighs. I did not check my order as usual due me speaking with the worker and it was understood. I get home to 6 thighs & 2 legs and 1 thigh was old and with the cost of things I shouldn't have to throw food away because they didn't. And of course, when you call to make them aware of the incident, NO ONE ANSWERS.
I two orders of two piece dark and neither one was fresh I broke up like that so u guys can see how the employees are sending out to the customers
Chicken and fries were good. Server was very polite. I only got 5 sips of soda because of all the ice.
Waited for chicken over 20 minutes then she gave our order to someone else. We was ask to wait agian!! We could tell Shorty and the tall slim lady wasn't working never again will I come without those employees working.
Unfortunately the chicken had no taste to it at all. And the chicken had a burnt grease taste to it as well one can only assume that the grease needs to be changed out. This review that I am leaving is only to help improve the service in overall quality of food please do better thank you so much.
I went to this Williams because it’s on the way home when I pulled up to the window the lady cashier gave me the ugliest look as if she was bothered and then when I got my chicken, I don’t know if they’re double frying it or just old so I would not recommend this location Especially for the chicken they also put I guess they got their own seasoning salt because this is the only Williams that does that. I wouldn’t mind it so much if the chicken was fresh!!!!!!!!!
Food is always hot and fresh. They serve the full wings unlike another location I reviewed. I'll return to this location.
This is the best Williams Chicken location, hands down. The food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is excellent. Even in the morning! They will take good care of you.
