This was his first and last time going to Williams fried chicken....
Today I took someone to this location to eat after telling them that Williams was great, I hadn't been there in Year's so we should go try it ( it was his first time and last!) He hated it, the drive thru didn't work so we ordered at the window and I ordered wings he ordered chicken tender combo. His plate looked disgusting I'm so glad it wasn't mine ???? my wings are salty But good enough for me to eat a couple of them, I was hungry ????. I live almost an hour away so I didn't feel like turning around for a refund.
Chicken was dry and seemed old and falling apart and he had 2 different kind of Fry's, but the Fry's was good.
I paid over $30 for 6 legs, 6 wings, and a large mash potato and gravy for me and my mom. The chicken is so old, hard to chew through. This location used to be good, not anymore.
Another red flag, I got this order IMMEDIATELY, with chicken places, you want to be told to wait. Love the chain, never going back to this location...so that makes 2 of them now.
They also made the wings VERY small, yet the price is still expensive. Williams used to be known for having bigger wings.
Come here often and get 9pc wings all flat. Tonight some rude woman in the drive thru told me she wasn’t going to do it and didn’t care about what I asked for. I told her she was extremely rude and had an attitude for no reason. Get home mainly all drums which I know was intentional. I need the owner or manager to reach out asap. I will be calling corporate as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior. The employees usually are nice here but it was my first experience with this miserable employee!!
I have become a huge fan of Williams Fried Chicken. We've eaten there now numerous times and at two different locations that both seem to be equal in quality. God I love Williams Fried Chicken. the Fried Chicken itself is definitely in the upper echelon of what I have experienced in my life when it comes to Fried Chicken. the side dishes are mostly good, I like their corn on the cob, onion rings but I am not as enthusiastic about their mashed potatoes or dinner rolls…. but don't get distracted here it's all about the Fried Chicken which you must eat…. NOW!!! go get yours

Just got food there and bread had mold ????
I went through the drive thru because i was in a hurry. But, I still had to wait 8 mins for the 6 piece Liver .Which I didn't mind and they have a sign that tells you about the wait. But, after I recieved my order and drove away I found that they gave me Gizzards instead of Liver. I didn't have time to go back and wait again. So I tried calling, but, they don't answer and their voicemail isn't set up, so I couldn't even leave them a message.
Food was hot and fresh got a 10pc mix and and 5pc spicy chicken tenders the hispanic lady at the window was also very polite and helpful
Great crispy chickens! They were also so kind as to donate chickens to feed the poor. #FeedDallas #Volunteer
