My husband and I go here all the time, I enjoy the tenders and gizzards. I have never had a problem here, everyone I have encountered has been nice and great attitudes. The manager that has the grey beard, is always nice and when we have to wait he always offers us a drink for the wait.....I will continue to come here. Remember when you're nice to people they are nice back ✌️
06/08/2024 after extremely long work hours until 3am, I went to this location, and it was very busy. After being blocked in the drive through line for 15, I pulled up to be told that there was a 24-minute wait for 3 legs w/fries. Instead of waiting, I chose what was up which was a breast and thigh. After waiting on my meal, the server discovered that the manager had given my food away to the panhandle that was asking the walk-up customers for food.
I had not eaten all day, so I decided to wait for the three legs that I originally asked for because 10 of the 24 minutes had passed. I asked the young lady was there a price difference and she said no. When the manager brought my order, it was the breast and thigh. I advised him that my order was in correct and that I had asked for my original order since I had to wait the 24 minutes (that felt like 24 hours).
Instead of righting the second wrong, he chose to go around with me in circles about an up charge. I was exhausted and simply asked for a refund since this experience was now going on an hour. He took the drink that slightly wasted in my car and the chicken and trashed it. He took no accountability for the mistakes made and unfortunately, I do not plan on going back.
Came here this evening through drive thru and was given dry meat smh. It's a shame that you will give someone what you would not eat. service was not friendly. The last time I came my food was hot and fresh. Of I ect come back I will ask for hot chicken and will check it before I drive off
Best of the best honestly . I don’t go to these often but now I have a good one to go to …. These people take their time make good food and give you great service !
I guess if they outside they outside and ain’t tryna do no cooking because most of the time chicken already made and they probably ain’t expecting to cook anything I got some gizzards from here and I couldn’t even eat nun of it it was to chewy by the time I got my order i pull around and was leaving and the cook was already outside lol not to mention they were already outside wen I pulled up
Speaker doesn't work in the drive-thru. People working the drive-thru are rude. This restaurant has been in the community for decades. This restaurant give this kind of service no more for me.
1st time here, I am from New Orleans, and we came for the game
After partying all night, we spotted this place.. chicken was so good, everything was hot and fresh
Some of the best fried chicken I've ever eaten in my life and they are very reasonably priced. The skin was crispy and crunchy the meat was juicy, moist and nice-sized. I've never been there late night so I cannot confirm this but they do have a sign stating they are open 24 / 7 which is awesome if you're craving a late night snack, or meal. I definitely recommend giving this place a go.
Why four stars and not five: I feel that the facility could be A bit cleaner.
