Best WLM Reviews
This is the worst Williams Chicken that I’ve ever been to. I was hungry when I got off of work one night around 11p i didn’t feel like cooking so I stopped there for a chicken sandwich. There was only and one other car in front of me. They was not busy at all. I was at the drive through speaker for at least 5 minutes before someone finally answered and told me to pull up and they will take my order at the window. I get to the window and I had to wait another 3 minutes before they take my order. After giving them my order and paying I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my order, just to make it home to realize after the first bite that I was sold a half cook chicken sandwich that I couldn’t even eat. I was very disappointed. And the night crew needs to do better.
This one time, not good at all. Was asked to wait 12min. I didn't mind, my order was a number 6, with a chicken breast, thigh, & a wing. I was told I ordered number 5 with 3 wings. I also ordered a large container of greens, and large drink. I received the greens, and drink, I refused the 3 chicken wings & fries, I walked out, left the 3 wings & fries on the counter. I would never order three chicken wings for over $21.00. My daughter likes it there, I no longer will order for myself.
I was very DISAPPOINTED in the SERVICE????????and the FOOD????????????????????????????...How does LUKEWARM chicken BE BURNT/GREASY?????????????
Honestly,MY CHICKEN????, MUST have been sum OAKCLIFF STREET FIGHTERS????????????????.. BEFORE THEY GOT IN THE FRYER????????????????...My chicken had a gritty taste????, VERY greasy????????????SIMPLY NASTY????????????
The lady working the window (with the purple hair) DEFINITELY NEEDS TO LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SKILLS ???????????? AND WORK ON HER UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE ???? 07/22/24... IN BETWEEN 9:30 AND 10:00 I DON'T REMEMBER THE TIME EXACTLY
It was a bug in my ice cream and my chicken sandwich was not done and when they brought another one to make up for it that one was also undone.???? but the chicken and fries are very good
We told him if the chicken was fresh he said yes but we checked it was it
