Food, service everything was less than mid! After I was rung up I told genius I had the change equivalent and his response was I already entered it in. Sorry didnt know you couldnt do math! Ended up throwing the food away as it tasted like old grease! Williams in Tyler definitely doesn’t hold a candle to Dallas
This chicken is horrible it has no flavor. And what they use for hot sauce packets is a joke definitely not hot. Do not waste your money Churches Chicken down the street is way better more flavor more juicy and there hot sauce is worthy to be called hot sauce Williams Chickens hot sauce is weak sauce
I placed an order and it was cook fresh right before I made a payment, the food was delivered to my vehicle in a timely manner and I was able to enjoy it when I got home!
Chicken wasn't fresh, fries were old. The lady at the window and the manager are not friendly. They like arguing with customers, very rude!
I went to this place today the chicken was hot but no gizzards I've never gotten denied gizzards when coming here if I'm willing to spend money give me what I want but overall what I ordered was fresh and hit and the employees could be more courteous and interactive
We love us some Williams Chicken! Even though someone new bought it a while back, it is still as tasty and crispy as it has always been!
This is the only place that I can go and get chicken strips that are juicy, soft, and delicious. Fast friendly service..
Coming from out-of-town and they were looking for something different this place had it all from gizzards too chicken to jalapenos fried okra...it all, drive up only!
