The food was hot and fresh. The young lady that took my order was very accommodating and gave excellent customer service. Downside, the wait. I don't know how long I was in that line, but there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. He must've ordered the whole menu. It took forever!
Hubby and I stopped in for a quick bite. We shared a 2 piece dark meal. The soda was tasty. Our meal was salty and the pieces were small. To our surprise the dining room is nonexistent (closed). They closed it off with a wall, so we ate in the car. The cashier was friendly( nice) , she was talking so fast I didn't understand what she was saying. I told her and she apologized for that. I hadn't patronized this restaurant chain in years!!! Their prices have increased quite a bit and the portions are definitely smaller. We will not be back. ????
I don’t know why I keep trying this location , they have a lot of people working there playing and making sure their friends get free food . They don’t care about the customers and the long line in the drive thru. I’ll make that drive from cedar hill to go to the one on 67 and red bird , better customer service and fresh food .
Food is normally hot and good, I hate when I ask for dark meat. 3 piece dark...And they give me a breast. Breast is white meat.. It is dry as hell! Either they don't know they sections or just tryna get rid of the breast meat

Seems like this franchise just can't get it right. Williams chicken is one of my favorite busts. This particular location is one of the worst.
I ordered a 12 piece gizzard meal. One of my gizzards was green. They were very overcooked and under seasoned.
I went to Williams chicken in Cedar Hill, Tx on Monday Sept. 18, 2023 at 8:48pm and the lobby is closed, but the drive thru is open. It shows they close at 11:30pm.
So why are the lobby doors locked ??? They should adjust their hours if they don't want the lobby open. I didn't order I left & went somewhere else.
