This place has several issues and YES I have visited multiple times to capture the experience. The staff is always rude. Food is never ready fast and you have to park and wait. You pay for additional items and don’t receive them. Flies all around the place. No disrespect to those who work in fast food but these employees are the lowest of the low in personality and common hospitality.They have no regard for quality customer service and maintaining safe food to serve. My son actually got food poising the last visit.
The lady working the drive thru messed up on my order, but they were very pleasant about making it right and bringing it out to me. The food was great. Really like those corn fritters!
This particular Williams Chicken location is absolutely awesome! They are the most efficient and friendly staff ever! Each time that I have visited the store at 4313 Berry in Ft. Worth, it has been an extremely pleasant experience! I’m a forever fan! Great job!
Never in my entire life have I ever almost had to physically defend myself against a fast food employee (I still have no idea what her problem was), let alone to defend against anyone without knowing the reason. There is black female that works there who is an aggressive, rude, walking liability lawsuit waiting to happen. No fast food is remotely worth what could have ended up been a really bad situation in reality. For anyone else who has encountered similar issues, corporate advises to contact the area manager. Needless to say, never coming back here again.
Took 43 minutes to get a 10 PC mix. Was late back to work on my lunch break waiting on chicken.... food is good, but I can't afford to come back of this is the wait that comes with it.
I ordered an 8 PC dark w/ fries. The young lady,apparently misheard and made a tender box , when I went back to the window I was talked to aggressively and told I ordered wrong, no attempt to correct my order was. Made
I have been waiting 30 minutes for some chicken tenders. This man with the long dreads is rude to compliment his service. It’s like he pics and chooses who is getting served next.
I’ve tried several times to order through DoorDash & my order is NEVER taken so if you’re not gonna take orders then GET OFF DOORDASH! It’s ridiculous and then DoorDash wants to keep your money for food YOU DONT RECIEVE
