This was my 1st time here and I thought when I open the container I had found a new chicken place but I was wrong. The chicken was bland no seasoning I mean no seasoning zero....it was hot fresh but no taste at all. Second 2 pieces of chicken wasn't cooked it was blood to the bone of the leg and the thigh...totally turned my stomach. Sad to say I won't go back big disappointment but the staff was friendly
The food is good its just the wait for gizzards went from being told 12 mins. and literally waiting 45 minutes. It was attitudes simply because they made my order wrong and was mad at me like i did something wrong. The guy that was leaving was the nicest of them all. I hate he left cause the line waiting times took longer.
I don’t know who the new owners is of this Williams Chicken,but it’s definitely not the same! First off I pulled up one time it was a hr or so long before closing time, the employee didn’t come to the window acted as if he didn’t see us. The second time I sent a friend to pick up chicken for my children and I, after my children grab their pieces of chicken we found a dead burnt roach in the box. I’m so disappointed I use to work here back in the day! It has most definitely changed not good at all!
Great customer service! The chicken is always fresh as well as the other ingredients. I love corn fritters with my 2 piece dark with fries. Today was my first time going inside and I was surprised at the other options you can order. Make this your next stop in the area you won’t be disappointed!!!
I usually come here during the week after my hair appointments… well today I decided to stop and get some food on my way home. Very big mistake I paid 14.38 for a three piece combo. It was most horrible. Dry greasy it had to have been sitting up for hours. I was disappointed all the other times service was great the food was good. I couldn’t eat it because I would have gotten sick.
So me and the wife pulled up the Williams Chicken we were confused on what to order nice gentleman named Omar help us out with our order I ordered six livers three-piece chicken spicy rice and two peppers and when I tell you the food was good it was excellent we'll be back
I really appreciated there's a such great fried chicken near by, it's fresh and hot, it's juicy, it's crispy, it's more bang for the buck !
3 darks only $4.25 is such a great deal for this quality of fried chicken!
For those who picky on their service, I just want to say "What are you expecting from a fast food shop ? A michelin star level ? "
Sunday drive thru.
We do not have a Williams Chicken where we moved to. We were out of town and passing by decided to stop. The chicken and corn fritters and fries were fresh. Fries no flavor!!! The mash potatoes had an odd bad flavor.
The main problem was how they charge us. I ordered 20pc mix, think it was 36.99 I asked if it came with 2 sides. She said yes and X amount rolls. I ordered 4 total sides. When I looked at he reciept she charged the 20pc and 4 individual sides plus jalapeños. I went in and asked why she charged me for the 2 sides. She explains now that I owe her more money. The combo with 3 sides is 59.99 plus the 1 more side. I explained I do not owe anything due to her charging me for the 4 sides already. Went back and forth. She just said never mind to me owning them but they don't owe me.
As she walked to the front I was trying to get my food. She persisted to take it to my husband waiting in the car who is driving.... why give it to him? I need to put it where I want. Get home, which is an hour away and do not have our jalepenos. Not sure if they was an accident or they earned their couple bucks back that I was not paying. Will not be back. Disappointed!!!! There is location in Dallas that we absolutely loved. Was looking forward to some Willams Chicken. Spent 68 dollars and some change on this visit.
