Don’t. I repeat don’t eat here. This was a horrible horrible experience. They gave us molded food. It was undercooked chicken. All this after waiting 25 minutes for food and paying over $70 for the worst meal ever. We should be able to give them 0 stars.
The food is to greasy and the older lady in front acts like she has an attitude problem. She don’t like to give eye contact and when she does she’s rude about it. They need a friendlier person working in front doing the cashiering
Horrible! Purchased chicken that was not fresh and spent 17$ for bad customer service, and cold CHICKEN! I should have known when I walked in there was nobody in there. That location use to be the best in Dallas now it has gone down to ground! And the girl at the front doesn’t even want to be at work. Refills is too high. They supposed to be free especially if you a paying customer! Tables were dirty and there were no restrooms to change my 8 month old daughter. It was not welcoming or friendly!!! They better be glad I was hungry!

Not a family restaurant!! This restaurant has so much potential. Location is everything!! The homeless swarms this place! So sad to see while supporting local businesses. Dining in, isn’t pleasant looking at all. Not the experience I wanted. Will not return!
This used to be my favorite spot to go to because it was convenient at the West End of Dallas and Saturday I went here and I noticed that there was a new bunch of people here that I've never seen before from India working here Not only was the air conditioning turned off inside the store and it was 97° inside but there was also three men that did not have on gloves hair nets or facial hair covers Nets handling the food with no gloves we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes to get chicken breasts the guys were sitting around on their phones I sent him pictures and everything with a copy of my receipt and I'd like to speak to the owner of this establishment there was a huge amount of flies and it was hot and very dirty inside the store this was never like this before in my bag on top of my food making it impossible for me to eat when I went back to the counter and I told the man that I didn't accept that and I wanted something different he told me if I didn't like it I can leave he was very rude he was on his phone and I was very upset about this whole ordeal I would never go back to this establishment again which is sad because I love going to Williams but this store has gone to s*** since they put new people in the storethe owner hiwatha needs to know about this get rid if these people they look dirty n are didty dont wear gloves and the flies alone was enough but they also do nkt care about the williams chicken brand or name pla fix this n i expect a refund asap
The price doesn't warrant the atmosphere. There's nothing that warrants the service and atmosphere here. Anything can happen at any time. Food is a bit greasy.

Ate so fast forgot to take a picture. Food is cooked to order and seasoned very well. Ordered the catfish dinner and it was fried to perfection. Staff was very nice.
What happened to Customer Service? They are INCREDIBLY Rude and Unprofessional!! I'm sure the founder of Williams Chicken Wouldn't be happy with this franchise ruining his hard work! I am upset I even had to leave a star as they are undeserving of a ????
