The employee / guy who took our order was patient and friendly. The food was cooked well, the meat was nice and juicy. I had a thigh and wing, my wife had a breast and thigh with fries! It was amazing.
My 9-year old was a little hungry so she wanted to buy us dinner with her allowance money. We went to this location because it was on the way to our destination. We ordered our food and gave the lady the card. She quoted us one price; however, we were charged a higher amount. When I questioned her about it, she said that our bank charged us extra tax for the purchase. I informed her that this has never happened. I asked for the manager and both she and the cook said they were the owners. They continued to both blame the bank. They begin to argue with me and the lady laughed at the situation which caused my daughter to cry since it was her debit card that they over charged. I told her that it was not funny and she literally said “I’m laughing because you don’t understand that your bank charged you extra tax.” I kept showing them the proof, the lady kept laughing and they became loud with me (which in turn I was loud back). She then pushed the man (supposedly the other owner) out of the way to keep him from talking to me. Then she threatened to keep the food that was already paid for. I told her she could not do that. She then said she would refund the amount of the original total and not the total that they charged. My child was still crying. I took the food and before she slammed the window she said we could never come back. That’s actually cool with me. Now all of this started because they overcharged us. This could have been avoided if they would have just owned up to their mistake. Absolutely horrible.
I visited restaurant 10 minutes back and I ordered 6 pc hotwings over drive through and at the front desk. The man over there was so rude on me followed to the parking lot. They did not serve me and discriminated me pretending that I was ordering coffee. Everybody know that you don't serve coffee. You may have to take action against this employees. This is my request. I did not have any intension, only to buy food for lunch. This is so provocative. How could he assume coffee instead of hotwings... it is way different. Hope management understand this. Thanks.
I come to this location about 6 times a yr and always order the 20ct tenders. Today was a huge disappointment. Not only were my chicken tenders extra greasy, but the sz is way smaller than usual. There were about 5pc that definitely shouldn't have been counted as one ea. You can put 3 together and they're still smaller than 1 single roll. I prolly won't be back due to this. This is not a machine error. This is an employee error....the employee should know better than to count a tiny strip as a whole strip.
This place is supposed to be under new management. The manager and staff is horrible.I attempted to not rate this place. I will be contacting the health department. Old chicken should be discarded and not refried again and again. This place can cause serious illness in addition to food poisoning. I purchased food today and alerted the Manager and showed the chicken which was hard and black and dark on the inside. The manager refused to replace or refund. She also had the audacity to argue with me and three other people about the food. I understand these places are franchised but I will continue you to reach others in charge. If anyone one else knows of anyone else to contact please comment. This location is horrible in service and the food is very unhealthy. They definitely needs to be sued. They can cause others to become ill and food poisoning. Chicken should be discarded when it is old and not refried. If the health department doesn't not review and see other people's comments and reviews about old chicken and food from other people's comments and reviews that is a serious problem. Not all people will have the exact same issues. I will be suing if possible and encourage others if they become ill or food poisoned. This has to stop. This is very unhealthy and the management (Asian staff) would not replace the food or refund as each customer took the food back to the counter. Are you guys (staff) that ignorant and desperate for a couple of dollars. You guys are a lawsuit waiting to happen. I even would question the cleanliness and handling of foods if you can't even cook, prepare and handle chicken correctly.
They are always so friendly! I have come here a couple times and the people who run the drive thru are the sweetest. The food is always fresh even close to closing and the prices aren’t bad tbh. I like this place better than church’s and Popeyes and the others. I don’t come often but every time I do makes me look forward to next time. Also try their corn nuggets!
I wish there was a lesser star. The chicken is old, twice cooked, hard and cold. Don't eat here. The manager got upset with me because I showed her what I had received. Other customers were dumping their food as well. I can't believe that they are in business!!! The chicken had been twice fried and coated so much there wasn't anything edible, the person at register was ok but the cook and the manager came out and argued with me and another customer that had received twice cooked chicken!! How dare you!! Old chicken should be discarded. It's clear mngt does not care about the consumer!!
Great customer service fat???? Juicy Tenders Hot fries and warm rolls . The new owner has really changed this place.
