Older woman at the register was very nice and patient with me. It was my first time here. She even suggested jalapeños which I forgot to order, she gave the best customer service. The food was fresh and piping hot. I'm glad I came in for lunch today. I will definitely be returning here. I'm also glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews to this place because I had the best experience here.
I rarely patronize this location. There's always a wait time of 5-7 minutes before ordering. The food is a hit or miss. This last visit was a complete miss and I won't be back. The cheated me on my wing and the temperature of everything was barely warm. Unless I see the Chrome BMW in the parking lot, I won't try here again.
This williams has the best chicken in the whole world. All the people complaining about the "service" might as well stay home. I love the lady that works there, shes always so sweet to me, I don't know what ya'll are expecting?!? her to kiss ya'll a@@ when yall pull up to the intercom? Ya'll want a foot rub? A kiss on the cheek? A Hug? Just come here and get your chicken, The food is never bad.
I just spent dang near $30 for some dried out fries. I normally ck before I drive off but I’ve never had a problem until now. I know they wouldn’t eat it so why serve it to customers. Tried calling several times. Voicemail is full. Not happy at all. Can we do better please.
Trashhhhhh got a 12 piece w fries and corn fritters.. fries not done had to put in air fryer and chicken cold had to warm up on the oven never again this location is trash next time will drive to Oakcliff
Clean Location, Friendly Staff, my first time ever eating Williams Chicken. My experience was NOT a bad one at all. Ms. Tangie (STORE 29) gave me some insight about the menu, assured me everything was hot & fresh, and told me I would be pleased. I will say, my food was hot, fresh, and tasteful. Next I visit Dallas I will stopping back by. Thank You Ms. Tangie for making my visit a pleasant one. Your Awesome!
I ordered this disaster from door dash. I try to make it a habit when I travel to try support the local business communities. Unfortunately more times than not. The three pillars of owning and operating a business is rarely met. 1. Customer service they get an N/A bc I order from door dash. but one could assume it’s a low rating based on my initial grievance. #. 2. Food Quality is a fail bc when the driver handed me my food I could instantly smell that it was cooked in grease that was old. When I opened it and saw that discoloration of the chicken and the smell of old grease intensified it confirmed my suspicions. 3. Cleanliness is N/A bc again it was delivered, however; one could conclude bc of my order being cooked in old grease. I can safely say this location isn’t following proper protocol. Bottom line eat here at your own risk or maybe this was just a bad day idk but I’ll not return.
Employess where very rude, pretending they couldn't understand me even. The chicken was dry, very dissatisfied over all.
