Officialy the worst food and steak I have ever had. They took forever to get my to go order and I get back home and they didn't give me butter or sour cream for my potato or dressing for my salad and the steak looked like it had been cooked on the grill briefly then microwaved or boiled and it was cold. I live very close so it shouldn't have been cold. The steak was terrible I cannot stress how bad. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Been there twice under new management. Both times, food was inedible and disgusting. My husband couldn’t even stomach finishing his “jumbo” baked potato (that was certainly not jumbo even though you’re paying the price for one.) Alabama white sauce looks curdled. Potatoes were obviously not baked that day. Steak was cooked to hell and tough, no flavor. Fries weren’t cooked all the way. Take the advice of all these reviews and stop changing the way the old owners did it.
Loved the food, but the older waitress was very hateful and terrible towards me when we was there 10-11-24 around 3:30pm so therefore I will never be back. I still left her a nice tip cause you don't repay rudeness with rudeness. She caught a bad attitude with me I guess cause I talked to much for her or something and she had a long day. Either way as someone who works customer service you should never treat a paying customer like that. It was all over me trying to explain what I didn't want on my salad. I hope when she seen the tip and that I was still kind and didn't blow back up on her like she did me that somehow maybe she felt bad for how poorly she treated me. She was kinda rude towards me the rest of the time after that. To bad we won't be back cause the food was amazing. To add one more thing what she didn't know was I had just got off a long customer service workday myself and had a bad day and was just trying to do something nice for my son when I brought Him there, but I still managed to be nice to her even though she didn't deserve it. The rest of the staff was very nice and professional except her and I heard her complaining to another girl about being old and the other staff, so the other girl said she would pass the message along. I heard way more but I won't go into all that cause I think I've said enough, but if you hate your job and coworkers so much then find a different job and don't take it out on customers as they pay your paycheck.
Went in this evening and ordered the chicken fingers plate, the chicken fingers came out burned and didn't taste good. I asked waitress about the chicken not tasting good if she would just subtract the price of the chicken fingers cause they were not good and she asked the manager and owner and they said no . I was left with a plate of chicken tenders that I had to pay 12.99 for that I didn't eat no offer to replace it with something else just a straight there's nothing I can do. I left hungry and 12.99 down the drain. I thought I was the customer I guess not. The chicken fingers were not consumed by myself nor my 12 year old son which I gave him one of mine to see if he could tolerate the taste in which he didn't and you would have seen that if you had came out and personally handled the situation.
1st time here. Cashier was super sweet. Our waitress was kind Food was great only thing I did NOT like was bbq sauce it was tooo ketchupy. Fried mushrooms were delicious
Dear new owners, learn how to cook a steak! A medium well steak should have pink! Not crispy and crunchy! This is four times since the new owners have taken over that I have attempted to eat there. Each time, the food has been off. It does no good to report it, as things do not get better.
I went in to pick up a Doordash. This one server was very rude. I never said anything, I just walked in and sat down because I knew it wasn't ready. She walked past me several times and never acknowledged me. Then when I stood up just to check if it was ready she was very rude. I guess she thought I was getting mad for having to wait. The bartender was very sweet though. She has always been nice.
I was part of a group of ten, there for breakfast. The food was decent once it finally came. They were understaffed, and there were two occasions when the waitress said "we don't have that anymore" in response to a request from someone in our group. Orange juice was one of those things, and I don't recall what the other thing was.
