Besides the not so nice customers, the staff were great and the food was great.
Please learn how to put everything someone order in their damn bag! It’s sad that y’all either can’t comprehend that it states two of something ordered on the receipt or y’all just dry ass don’t care! Get it together and stop playing with people hard earned money!
I was honestly in the drive thru for over an hour. No communication.. no please wait.. no discount offered . They where not busy. And the lobby was closed. This is/Was My favorite Williams chicken in the city, until now.. .eventually one lady came out to apologize and to say.. IT WILL BE A MINUTE for your order is ready,,, Thank you...BUT..I was there for and hour and 15 minutes total because I had paid and did not want to lose my money. Horrible experience FOOD WAS STILL COLD....????????. HOW??? WHY??? when i finally received it....Must do better.. VERY disappointed customer.
The black guy that’s working now at the drive through window is very rude no customer service attitude at all he wanted me to drive back around to get a box of fries when I was the only one in the line the time 1:00 pm
Williams Chicken on 2nd avenue has the best fried chicken and okra there the service could be a little bit better they're not friendly at all have attitudes I did not go in I went through the drive-thru so I cannot tell how the atmosphere is!!????
Well when I got ready to make my order I was greeted nicely.
And my food was hot and fresh,
And I ordered I think it's the number for where you get the three-piece meal with but I exchange the fries for mashed potatoes with gravy white gravy, and I also ordered an extra bowl of white potatoes and cream cream gravy with corn on the cob jalapeno pepper Al's drinking Mr pill my whole meal was very good I just got up there they had just pulled some chicken out,
So I wish I had another one of those meals right about now everything was really great,

Food was delicious. The pricing tho….they taxing for sure. Food was high as hell but I bought it. Sweet tea…sweet like I like it ????????
Rude ass drive thru lady could've stayed at home with all that attitude or simply get another job because I didn't appreciate that at all.
