I had a feeling! This is the best Williams Chicken I have been to for over 23 years of visiting their restaurants. The owner should be proud. If their serve sucks, I would tell. However this one is different!! I was greeted upon entering, very cheerfully I might add! The order taken with a smile. Pepe and Destiny was great. You guys rock!! I really enjoyed my visit and meal. I will do a follow up visit!!!
The chicken looked horrible, crust was wet & falling off of chicken breast. French fries & apple pie was cold. Didnt eat it went to bed & tried to return next day & Manager said I should have called in right away...Foreigners trying to fry chicken...not good!
Bought a three piece dark on 7/18/23 at 9:17pm from the Williams on Camp Wisdom in Duncanville and the chicken was bad. One piece was not cooked thoroughly and the other had black stuff on it.
Normally they do ok but I asked for 2 separate boxes of livers
They stuffed them and one roll is one box I had to ask for the second roll and gravy. However when we got home the 8 piece mixed chicken only had one breast and no grave.
29.00 for these dried out over cook chicken tenders cut my gums get someone who knows how to fry chicken and the regular chicken has no flavor I guess I have to go back to the hood to get some good chicken cooking food fast and over cooking it is not good but the potato salad was good and the roll are not fresh hire someone that knows how to cook. Had to go to Church's Chicken to get my family more food what a waste of money.
Yo, my judgment is based solely off of the chicken fingers. And in my opinion, they are the best most consistent tenders anywhere I see a Williams Chicken.
One of my go to chicken places. Always good food. Good portion size on chicken. A little skimpy on the sides for the price.
Update: Last 2 trips through drive thru were screwed up. First they gave me fries, no corn. I didn't find out till I got home. Second trip I got corn, no fries.
I really hate it when I have to deconstruct my order to check it while sitting at window. I realize it was minutes to closing but they took my order and money.
I just ordered two family fries from the dining room area. They weren't busy at the moment because there were only two cars in the drive thru and myself in the inside. The fries came out way too quick, when normally they drop a fresh order. They didn't give me a receipt and hurried to lock the doors after I left. When I got home the fries were extremely greasy and I can tell that they had been fried twice. I tried to call however, there is no number for this location. My family and I eat here often and normally have an ok experience but this is literally the third time they have either over cooked or under cooked our fries.
