Easy and prompt check-in. Wait time was reasonable. Once in the exam room, Dr. Thompson's assistant was engaging, informative, empathetic, and had a good sense of humor. Dr. Thompson? Best doctor in the place! He took his time and explained everything thoroughly, he even drew pictures. I learned a lot. I'm reassured about my medical concerns. Very confident in this clinic!

Dr. Prze it the nicest doctor my daughter and I have ever met. Very knowledgeable, kind, caring and thoroughly explained everything to us. We felt heard and he really showed he cared and took time with us and didn’t rush. I highly recommend Dr. Prze and Willamette ENT. I’ve always had a great experience there and have been there several times over the last 25 years for myself and my kids.
Great staff and Dr. I would recommend my family and friends here. We saw Dr Souza for my son’s tonsil and adenoids surgery. The surgery team was all great from reception to nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist. I was a nervous wreck as this was my son’s first surgery but the team made us all feel so comfortable and explained everything. They also made my son (6) feel comfortable he was a little nervous but they all were so good with kids. The recovery has also been so good I was nervous with everything we have seen online. We’ve kept up on meds ice water & lots of ice cream. the post op nurse explained everything so well to us. Thanks WENT!
From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel cared for an about. The process for my hearing test was clearly explained and there was no discomfort.
Dr. Strand is fabulous. She asks questions and listens. At the end of my visit she said "anything else"? I never felt rushed.

This is one of the best offices i have ever been in. From the beginning the staff was extremely welcoming and comforting. The staff at riverside surgery center went above and beyond to make sure that I knew all the information and was as comfortable as possible. My post op nurse Melissa was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this office.
This office is very professional and very well organized. The doctor who performed my hearing test made sure to explain my hearing problems thoroughly. After that, I saw another doctor who also reviewed my test. His opinion was a bit different from the first Dr. He recommended I get hearing aids as he thought they would benefit me. If I decided not to, I could always come back and try different diveces to see what I thought. These professionals are so kind and caring. I. really appreciated their straightforward ness.
I highly recommend Willamette ENT to anyone who needs help. Nice facility and friendly staff. Dr. Thompson was very professional, caring and patient. He explained things in depth. In the past three years, I saw four other doctors in Jacksonville FL and Maui HI. None of them resolved my ear issues. Dr.Thompson is the one I trust and I had the best experience with him. Very pleased and grateful.
