The woman who I initially met and who would eventually clean my teeth, I believe her name was Lori was very very good at her job and helped me feel comfortable after a significant amount of time without dental care. I immediately felt as though I was going to be OK and that I was in the right place to address my overdue dental needs. Thank you again very much employees like her and the entire staff make me feel happy about having Willamette dental care as my dental providers.
I have never had a bad experience here. I enjoy every person in the back. They make you feel welcomed and at home. I love this dentist.
Both I and my wife both have had numerous problems with receptionist being callous rude and unwelcoming. I literally just her talk down to me like I was four. It's crazy and unnecessary. Be helpful or just don't answer the phone.
Top-notch healthcare team at this office! From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist—my experiences have been that they are capable, kind to patients and to each other, and work well as a team.
The dentist is by far the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had more than a few! She is always a good listener, humble, helpful, kind to everyone, knowledgeable, forthright and basically the best dentist I not only have had, but can imagine, truly.
The staff are super friendly, really listen, and are receptive to feedback and ideas. The dentist who met with me also provided some awesome options to help some of my dental "dreams" come true. I'm very impressed with this clinic!
This was my first visit to this location and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating as I had to bring my 3 year old in as well. They did such a great job with my 3 year old to make him feel comfortable as the dentist is scary for him. As someone who has also always feared the dentist they made me and my family feel very comfortable and welcomed. Staff was also knowledgeable and listened to my concerns that I had and provided great recommendations. I would recommend to all my family and friends to visit this location.
I really liked this place for years but they’re no longer taking appointments. It's super weird. I call to make one and they always come back on the line and say someone will have to call me back. No one ever does, so I call again and the process is repeated. If you actually want dental care, you’re not going to get it here.
I've been going to Willamette Dental Group for 5 years now, and continue to be glad they're my dental care provider. From the waiting room staff to the hygienists and dentists, everyone there is very friendly and professional, and they are very kind and accommodating to anxious dental wimps such as myself. At times it's taken a while to schedule an appointment, but they've done their best - even referring me out to a specialist in Corvallis during one particularly dire situation. When I call, I can actually speak to a human within minutes, and all the work they've done has held up over the years. They even seem to be going out of their way to respect patients' gender identity, which is a huge relief for me. I would enthusiastically recommend Willamette Dental Group.
Wonderful people with a genuine desire to help. They always listen attentively and are very reassuring. They're extremely fast and gentle when working on your mouth. I honestly couldn't recommend Willamette Dental enough.
