The Willamette Dental Group has very kind and competent people that work at their clinic. The technicians are very gentle and very nice. I saw doctor Yasher. He was also very kind, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He listened and seemed to genuinely care about his patients. That's rare these days. Thank you Willamette Dental of Beaverton.
Dr Sekhavatmandi and his team went above and beyond for me, from the moment I walked in the door the receptionists were friendly, accommodating, and you can tell everyone I interacted with was actually listening. They would stop what they were doing, look directly at me, and actively listen by responding with pertinent questions. Not to mention the skill of the Dr and his team - I had 6 broken molars removed and didn’t feel a thing! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Not a fan but it’s the best dental insurance deal through my employer - you have to call through an operator to even talk to your office and then wait for a call back. The scheduling and office people operate off of checklists and (kindly) treat you like an assembly line product. Went through one dentist already who I was NOT a fan off (poor bedside manner, seemed inexperienced) but the second dentist seems more knowledgeable. And God forbid you have something urgent because it’s 2 weeks or more out to see anyone - doesn’t matter if it’s tooth pain after a filling or for a cleaning. Would definitely switch if I financially had the option but alas

Everybody that I was in communication with was kind and made me feel like I was the best part of their day.

About a year ago my 8 year old daughter had a tooth that wouldn't come out on it's own. After trying to pull it out by hand the dentist said it would need extracted. The gum had grown inside and up the tooth not letting it come out. The dentist gave the numbing shot and immediately started to cut out the tooth! Not even 10 seconds had gone by in order for the numbing agent to start working. He didn't ask how my daughter felt or if she felt any pain. She whimpered in pain when he kept trying to get the tooth out. I have never seen a dentist so careless about a patient in pain. Especially a child!
I'm not sure if that dentist still works at this location in Beaverton but we are never going back to this office.
Dr. Luu and her staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Jessey was very efficient with the X-rays and Ming gave a wonderful cleaning. I’ve already recommended Willamette Dental to my partner. Thank you for your attentive care.
Absolutely horrible experience with this dental office. I scheduled an emergency appointment because I was experiencing pain. I completed the appointment without receiving treatment. I scheduled a follow-up appointment the following week with hopes that the provider would address some of the issues discussed during the initial appointment. I was told that I was coming to the office to take more X-rays despite them identifying the primary issues during the emergency appointment. Then I would need to come back a third time to receive treatment. Client care does not seem to be a priority. If you are experiencing dental issues, do not use this office. They will not render appropriate care.
Check the other 1 star reviews with similar issues. And the office’s generic response. Terrible.
UPDATE: I was finally scheduled for an appointment to address my pain and dental issues an entire month out. My appointment was scheduled for next Tuesday. I was contacted an hour before close tonight (Friday) to cancel my appointment. I was encouraged to find another provider because Rachel Kim had NO AVAILABILITY. Please avoid this dental company and this office.
My experience was phenomenal! I have never had a dentist visit that was so calm and pleasant. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The staff is also well informed on dental care and work and made sure that I understood each step of what they were doing and explained things so I could have a clear idea of what was happening. Left with lots of good dental goodies! As someone with medical / dental anxiety, I can’t recommended this place enough! You will be so well taken care of here.
