If I could give it a zero I would. The front desk lady was nice and tried her best to give me a clean room with heat but the room was nasty and I left the next day. I cleaned with Clorox wipes and alcohol and put a towel on the toilet seat to protect myself and my family from the disgust. The room is very outdated and dirty. I also saw a man smoking in his room with the door open and irs supposed to be non smoking. I do not recommend this place.
Um, don't pay attention to the fake pictures shown on the Internet depicting this place. The place is horrible, dirty, smelly, sticky, greasy and definitely not maintained or cleaned. Bugs, spiders and cockroaches in room. Shower was stained, shower curtain was dirty, soap holders were first, toilet was dirty, end tables next to bed were dirty. I had my girlfriend over for the evening cause the Internet stated the hotel was 3 stars!!! What a bunch of nonsense!!! It should be 0 stars. She immediately wanted to leave and didn't speak the whole time we were there and only sat on the desk chair and wouldn't get in the bed with me cause if the filth is the place and room and fear of bed bugs. The person working wouldn't give me my money back. The only and I repeat only good thing about it was the very considerate worker who helped me carry my bags down the steps and to my car. I have a very bad back injury and scoliosis and he saw me trying to carry 5 bags and he helped me carry them. I didn't want to make trips getting my bags due to wanting to get out of there ASAP. The facade of the hotel and the whole structure is horrible, dingy, dirty, outdated, falling apart, unmaintained and ratty. Please don't stay here.
If I could do zero stars I absolutely would. I have tried to contact this hotel for a month with no reply to phone calls or emails. My daughter (who's in a wheelchair) booked a room here. When she arrived with her caregiver she was given 3 different rooms...the first room the door didn't work, the 2nd was completely a mess like it was a storage unit, the 3rd as they went inside was occupied with ppl inside. No elevator available so couldn't get any other rooms upstairs. I have been trying to get refunded since they charged her card and she had to leave to go to a different hotel. No refund has been made and the manager won't reply or talk to me. Total disgusting disaster. Also, a little boy half dressed maybe 7/8 yrs old running around in the dark locked out of his room and says he lives there and he always gets locked out.
You get what you pay for. Looks like people live in the motel rooms. I was nervous even with the door locked. Got to the room we had 1 wash cloth , 1 hand towel , there was cigarette burns all over the tube . The drain took 10 minutes after the shower was over to go down. The light didn't have a light bulb. The breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon.
Staff is absolutely fantastic and very helpful and informative if u can understand there cultures English can be easily understood since I've worked with Indians for many years and I am a very good person to understand what and how much they work hard so I have bad O.C.D. and have to keep a very wel kept room for that. I'm so happy that In tutor situation or a problem with anything. The hotel staff at the lobby is very understanding, especially Titi, Richi, and Si! Very good cleaning crew on 2nd floor also and I love the court yard as well. They maintain a very beautiful display of roses and Poany flowers and its well lit at night on the breezeway's and there is a washer and dryer coin ran $3.⁰⁰ Wash & $3.⁰⁰ Dry, and Ice machine room. They also have Complimentary breakfast from 5:45 A.M.- 8:45 A.M. ♡ It's delicious And truthfully, they could use enough grade when it comes 2 just eating eggs or sausage or eggs or bacon. Every single day they could use a little bit better. Fruit selection then just apple's daily and have a better variety of juice in my opinion. There really is no way to get Any kind of dairy products in your system, including yogurt, or milk I think that those include Having a variety of wheat bread for people who don't eat white and have specific diets or getting english muffins for toasting with jelly also So that way , it's an elderly efficient breakfast as Well. Plus different flavored bran wheat or blueberries of any fruit muffins would be also a must necessity for the people who don't eat eggs, or sausage Patty's. I did spend a lot of time in hotels to know good food and I have had worse but It's really good food here just a tad A- in the selection variety of things for diabetics but very good food ultimately. Coffee can use a lot of improvements but, I must say it is the first hotel.I didn't ever see coffee complimentary in the lobby in my life. Every Hotel I ever stayed at serves Daily 24/7 in the lobby Complimentary coffee, and has a free filtered juice beverage or a big container of lemon water with real lemon ???? slices in it also. But you would have a good experience here because they are a great staff and they do have good food and that beautiful rooms. Although I bring my own blankets no matter where I go. Just take a look at the pictures of our stay It says it all. They do have beautiful enough rooms.
Was completely disappointed with the room black mold in the corners of the floors and wall. the sheets were stained, had hair all over them the bathroom air vent was covered in dust and mold the floors were completely soaked with what I dont know and it smelled horrible like mildew and cigarettes also was a no smoking room I wouldn’t waste your time on this place. Go down the street right and go the days inn that place is clean and up to date on there cleaning !
Dirty! They require you have house keeping come in if you're there more than 2 nights, yet it was dirty before I even got there. Mold behind the bed when I went to plug the lamp in, bugs, sequins all over the floor. It's clear that minimal cleaning is done even before someone arrives.
The noise was outrageous between kids screaming, dogs barking, people screaming. People would stand right outside the door and sounded like they were standing next to the bed. The walls have to be paper thin.
The breakfast is a joke, don't plan on getting anything there, make your own breakfast plans.
I would never stay here again and suggest nobody else stay there either.
I stayed here on 9/7 and the first thing I noticed was that the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. It literally looks abandoned from the outside and very dirty. If you like what you see in the pictures just know you're going to get something completely different when you actually pull up. I came so close to getting a refund and going to the Days inn in Wilkes Barre (which is way better)
The actual room also didn't look great. My bedsheet was full of holes and the bathroom looked horrible. Several parts of my shower were broken and taped. The breakfast is set up weird. You cant take food outside of the breakfast area which was upsetting because in the morning I like to make coffee and take it back to my room when I stay at hotels
TLDR AVOID THIS HOTEL THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA FOR A SIMILAR PRICE
