Idk they are under new management or what but the other day 2x 5 wing & fries wit and can soda was $20.99 and somehow today just a 12" sub and 8 wings no fries and no drink was $36
Food sucks and it's the only thing near to eat when I work that area. I'm disappointed everytime
The Wikens Pizza restaurant was small but the pizza was awesome ,Which was in big slices, well-prepared and hot. The food delivery service was quick and great. The atmosphere was clean and enjoyable. I would highly recommend to my friends.
I ordered online through the Beyond Menu website. When my order arrived, the driver did not follow my delivery instructions and I did not recieve my order of Crazy Fries. When I checked my email receipt and credit card history, I was charged for Crazy Fries. So I called the business to just get my few dollars back for the item but the person who answered was rude. I tried explaining to them that I was charged for food I didn't receive and just wanted my money back for that item. The person on the phone laughed at me and insisted that no Crazy Fries were in my order. I assumed that there was a problem with the system and was ready to proceed with however to fix it but instead the man on the other side refused to acknowledge the problem and just repeated that I did not order any even though I had the email receipt to prove it. I finally just said I would wait a few days to see if the charge was altered and call back if it wasnt. Terrible customer service, even if it is a website or credit card mistake they should not be talking with customers this way.
I ordered food from here and it was NEVER delivered contacted the restaurant said they were closed Waited the next day they advised the driver called me which he didn’t then when i contacted them back they stated my food was delivered. Refused to send my order out or refund my money !! Don’t recommend at all
Called Wilkens pizza to get my family some food and Kingston was such a help to getting me what I needed for my family ordered. Everything I’ve been getting lately has been good. I’m really enjoying the friendly customer service at the place. Highly recommend!!
These guys are great. The pizza is always fresh and warm. And the employees are always polite to us, especially David. He's a generous and considerate guy. No doubt about it.
My food was horrible. Everything was cold the pizza taste like dough waist of my money. Never again!
