Stayed at this hotel with some friends, we really liked the laid back vibe of the hotel and enjoyed the large outdoor fire pit. I do wish the hot tub was like 10 degrees warmer, it just felt like a warm bath when we used it, but the jets were strong. The eggs in the morning were cold, but the biscuits and gravy were warm and delicious. Our hallway on the 3rd floor smelt strongly of marijuana, but our room was clean and spacious. All in all it was a good experience and I'd strongly consider staying here again (but really hope the hot tub is warmer!)
Staff was super friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Wide variety if choice and not your aveage hotel breaskfast quality. | Pool area was fantastic, alot of seating options. Definetly would stay here again. Very family and kid friendly | Rooms and the rest of lodge was very clean. Also cost was very affordable.
We had a fantastic stay at Wildwood Lodge in Pewaukee! The accommodations were cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind. The pool area was a highlight—well-maintained and a great spot to relax or have some fun with the family.||||Another big perk was the complimentary breakfast. It had a nice variety of options, from hot items to fresh pastries, which made starting the day super convenient and enjoyable. The staff was also friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.||||Overall, Wildwood Lodge is a great spot for a relaxing getaway, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We would definitely stay here again!
Very clean. Pool area was nice, water warm for my daughter. Cute decor. Good breakfast. Large rooms with good counter space in bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Excellent free cocktail hour with local beer, weeknights. Nice outdoor area with fire pit. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. My only suggestion would be to make the hot tub hotter, it was only lukewarm.
This lobby is so welcoming. I lingered over breakfast. TV at the bar during free cocktails. Both restaurants on property are perfect. Pool spa was great. Bring a portable clothes rack. No closet. Felt like I was living in my son's room.
UPDATE: I want to call out the fact that the hotel contacted me immediately and apologized for our experience and wanted to know what they could do to make it better for the rest of our stay and even offered us options that we found very reasonable due our inconvenience. I appreciate them for doing as it did feel sincere .
We chose this hotel because the online pictures and descriptions looked beautiful. It was a great location to the wedding/family we were visiting. However, we were disappointed after a 20 Hour drive from Florida to arrive to a dirty/musty smelling room. Had we not had such a long drive or the need to set up our work stuff (working remotely some of the days), etc. we would have looked elsewhere. Unfortunately, we don’t feel like packing up and going somewhere else at this point so we are going to complete our stay. There are stains on the carpet, the bathroom had a hodgepodge of issues: no lock on the door, makeshift front of the sink, mildew handles and drain in the shower, things falling apart on the base and wallpaper tearing in main living areas. We had to kill some type of black bug on our wall the first night, there are cocoon type things up on the corners of the ceiling. We also had to buy air fresheners to stick inside the vent to get the musty smell go away. We were also shocked that there were no closets to hang our formal attire for the wedding.
However, the breakfast was good and we asked for a second desk and chair since my husband and I were working remotely some of the days and they kindly brought that to us without issue. It looks cute when you walk in and have a pool area that is nice. Made it convenient to take our pet outside as well.
Just overall disappointed and have several more days of our stay to go but we will make this work so we don’t have to pack up all of our stuff again!
Ezmerelda is an AMAZING bartender. She’s loud and outgoing very friendly. Quick to fill a drink never have to wait for a refill , counter is always clean bar is always clean and nice area… she also needs a raise she’s doing Gods work. Couch is Suoer comfortable and fireplace is amazing
The service was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room in the morning is beautiful and the food was delicious. I gave the room 4 stars because it was out dated and some things cracked and minor repairs needed.
