Lovely staff, especially Ms Yolanda she helped us alot and made our process very easy and enjoyable. They were always ready to help and they picked up the phone really quick. The apartment is very clean, the staff are very friendly people they offer beverages each time and make it really comfortable to speak too. i recommend 10/10.
The moment I walked into the leasing office I felt like I was at home. I've toured a lot of apartments for the past two weeks and none of them made me feel as welcomed and secure like Tamera did. She answered all of my questions and concerns and was very personable, you could tell that she loved doing her job and wasn't just trying to make you sign a lease which I loved! The community is gorgeous with great amenities for an affordable price. I can't wait to sign my lease!
WE LOVED MS YOLANDA!!!!!! She was soooo sweet helpful and understanding this will be my first appointment and she was so helpful and made sure i understood everything before letting me walk out the door I LOVED my future new place it was very clean and quiet around here. It’s close to my job and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. I’m glad i went for myself instead of the scary reviews. Can’t believe everything you read. Most times you have to just see for yourself. It’s actually nice here 10/10! THANK YOU YOLANDA.
Mrs Yolanda was very polite and patient with us. She took us on a great tour of the property in the rain mind you, which was very kind. The property and the unit are beautiful. I am seriously considering moving there.
Great apartment complex, we’ve been here a year now. The maintenance team are all awesome!!!!!! They are very nice and always go above and beyond to keep the grounds clean every single day. They are also very quick to fix things when needed.
Our only complaint are the amenities. The gym is only open during business hours and the pool is closed on Sunday and Monday(my only reason for 4stars)
Other than that, no complaints. It’s a very quiet complex, nice neighbors, and thick walls so you can’t hear your neighbors every move like how you can in recently built apartments.
If you are a potential renter this is my honest experience as a new resident.
Fell in love with this place on the tour. Originally we had plans to sign somewhere else but after viewing those plans quickly changed. Ms Yolanda showed us the property which was better than we anticipated. On tour and through the process she was so extremely kind and caring, really sold it altogether for us. I’ve met the property manager, Viondi, who has assisted us with any issue we’ve had which was mainly work order related. We had 1 small issue at first but he handled things so quickly and professionally we truly are grateful for him. We’ve had absolutely no bug issues at all which was huge for us in the search. Shoutout to maintenance, they’ve come by and fixed things in a timely manner almost as soon as we place work orders.
I had a problem where I needed space for a work presentation and they were kind enough to let me use the computer lab in the office like I truly appreciate this team. Thank you to both Yolanda and Tamara as well as Viondi for all assistance our first 2 months here. I’ve personally experienced some rough management styles but words cannot express my gratitude for such a great leasing team that gets things done! The office here is always open and very welcoming compared to other places I’ve been. Again thanks for helping us establish a new home, would definitely recommend!
This community is absolutely beautiful & very well kept! It was an absolute pleasure speaking with leasing consultant Tamara. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a new home I highly recommend this community, and be sure to ask for Tamara she was an absolute delight!
This is a beautiful apartment community! Yolanda is very friendly and kind! She was very professional in the way she spoke with me while answering my questions and concerns! I felt very informed and appreciated as a future resident!
