If I could give a 0 or - number I would due to the customer service being less than superb in the bowling alley. There for a family oriented company Xmas party and pretty much scolded by a younger gal as if we were out to break rules when 1 not everyone wanted the bumpers however not told that if we didn't want them or if they were for someone over 10yrs of age we couldn't have em and just bit our heads off in front of the kids 2 scolding us and the kids they couldn't use balls 8, 7 or 6 if we were under the age of 10 when kids that were under the age of 10 but to her didn't look under 10 that
They couldn't use the smaller balls. Of course telling people like myself who have always used a smaller ball due to strength that I couldn't use a smaller ball until I confronted her. The company that I was there with has gone to this establishment for years and has not had this poor of customer service EVERY. Train these people better.
We try to stay at the Wildhorse every two years as we travel between Everett and Tucson. The main reason is that they are a Pet Friendly motel. This time we found that the original pet friendly section (the courtyard) was demolished to make way for a new hotel tower, but the Wildhorse got us in on the second floor of the original tower. The room was very good, two beds and very clean. I enjoyed the casino, and left some money, but enjoyed the atmosphere. Hope to be back in several more years.
We got a suite and the furniture was all dinged up and not very nice looking. Room was not super clean. Some sort of hard food left on counters. Lights not plugged in. And it would have been nice if they gave us a heads up that you can’t bring outside alcohol into the casino. They made us throw away our drinks and embarrassed us in front of everyone. Then said they would bring the cocktail waitress over to replace our drinks which we never saw once. They are forcing you to spend money for drinks because the cocktail waitress only serves the tables and not the machines. They are incredibly slow and only saw one cocktail waitress in 24 hour stay. This is a adulting facility however they babysit you with the alcohol and there is a last call in the casino which is strange to me. Machines are super tight according to my partner as I am not dumping a single penny into this casino and will never return!!! Wanted to enjoy a little birthday celebration but that put a damper on it. Very disappointing!!! First stay and last day ever. We won’t be back.
Fantastic destination, bright, open and spacious casino, great vibes, just beautiful. A spacious non-smoking Poker room with windows that can see the rest of the casino. A great evening lounge, connected to a nice outdoor patio with tables as well, a quiet coffee cafe on the second floor with a great view of the desert, via floor to ceiling windows, fun vibe amongst the table games. Beautiful hotel and outdoor pool.
We stayed at RV park. Really nice, great bathrooms with showers. Golfing here is a golfers dream. Good greens, fairways are really nice. Staff in restaurant and pro shop are nice, efficient and great food. We golf 2-3 times a year, love this course and business.
We met with family, who flew in, for dinner and it was wonderful! Happy and funny servers, clean and nice atmosphere. The food was SPLENDID, seriously good and filling.
Wildhorse has been on my list to check out for years, and I finally had a reason to go to Eastern Oregon and check it.
The gaming is good, pretty standard stuff. It's a very large floor of slot machines, and a good handful of table games. Including $5 blackjack.
There are plenty of dining options. On the day we went, there was a prime rib special that was delicious and filling.
I would rate this among other Oregon casinos at Spirit mountain and seven feathers of being in the top tier available in this state.
I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The air conditioner worked great, keeping the room at an ideal temperature during all this heat!
One thoughtful touch was being placed in a room closest to the exit, making it incredibly convenient for me to step out for a smoke without having to walk far.
I appreciated the coffee machine in the room, making it easy to enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning! The food offered was very delicious, though also very expensive.
Overall, Wildhorse Resort and Casino exceeded all my expectations, making it a memorable and delightful stay. Highly recommend!
