This place exceeded my expectations. Every staff member my family encountered from the front desk staff, provider, the staff that assisted us with our frames, to the staff that made our frames showed professionalism. I needed a progressive bi-focal and these are the best glasses I have ever gotten. We are so pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them to others.
I had a wonderful experience here! They got me in early and the whole visit was quick! Staff was polite and professional and they helped me try on glasses and decide what looked best on me. They also sat with me and explained my insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses before and after the appointment so I was not surprised with my copay or glasses and lenses cost. They also didn’t try to oversell me on lenses and really help me decide what I truly needed and didn’t. I really appreciate that because most places I got they just try to sell me the most expensive lenses. Overall I will be back when I need my next check up.
Dr. Alsop and her optical assistant are very caring and meticulous. The front desk staff and the optical glasses staff are very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the care and services.
They didn't have my prescription for contacts when I did my eye exam. As it turns out when I came to ask to speak to doctor for the correct lenses I was denied by the front desk associate Samantha. I won't be a returning patient.
Everyone was amazingly helpful and kind. They took their time to ensure NY daughter first eye exam was well cared for. They made her comfortable and ensured she felt heard and our concerns were addressed and corrected. Thank you wildflower!
This place is great. They have excellent customer service. They helped me select a very nice pair of glasses.
I went in to look at glasses and was denied the opportunity. They didn’t even want to look at my prescriptions. I was told no because they close in 20 minutes. There was 2 people there. They could of told me nicely or offered to look and come back another day. The front desk look lady looked at my kids and I as if we were aliens. They weren’t helpful nor professional. There’s ways to say things. They didn’t even let us look. I rather do business elsewhere where I can actually get the help and not be looked at all crazy.
So I am 8 months pregnant, I have rescheduled my
appointment twice due to waking up throwing up and simply cannot leave the house because of how sick I am. Finally am feeling good enough this morning to make it to an appointment (finally going to get new glasses after 4 almost 5 years is what I thought!) but no. Once I get there after waiting for 15 minutes I get told that we got pushed behind everyone else that had appointment times after us because we had rescheduled twice before (me and my little brother). Mind you, canceled AND RESCHEDULED not just no show. Was very annoyed, life happens and you never know what someone is going through. They claimed to had called and left
voicemails but literally have proof of no calls or voicemails left.
