Best WLM Reviews

I recently underwent major surgery at St. David’s Main under the care of Dr. Erica Garza and I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made what could have been a daunting experience feel comforting.
Dr. Garza was phenomenal. She took the time to explain everything in detail, addressing all my questions and concerns, which made me feel truly supported and informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my well-being and was committed to ensuring the best possible outcome for me. I’m now on the road to recovery and feeling great after surgery!
The front desk staff at Wildflower OB/GYN were consistently friendly and welcoming, making each visit pleasant. A special mention goes to Terri, the surgery scheduler, who was truly incredible. She ensured I felt at ease throughout the process, keeping me informed at every stage and addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity.
The entire team at Wildflower OB/GYN is incredible. I felt valued as a person, not just another patient. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my care. You all turned a challenging time into a positive experience, and I am truly grateful.
Went to Wildflower for the first time this week and wow I really recommend this place. Scheduling can be a little impossible since their “book my appointment” button online doesn’t work and there’s always a wait when calling but I promise if you can be patient it’s worth going there. The instructions to get there are SO clear and it’s so helpful when navigating the complex deck and building. I thought the staff were kind and waiting room felt so so clean. I met with Dr. Springfellow who is new to the practice and she is just great! She was very thorough in asking about my history and my concerns. We had a lengthy discussion about different BC options and she was super understanding about some of my concerns and gave honest feedback regarding pros/cons of each and what she would recommend. She made me feel really comfortable the whole time and was just all around a great doc!
*Trigger Warning Miscarriage* This was my first, and unfortunately last pregnancy due to a premature uterine rupture at 16 weeks. I was working with Dr. Garza and had informed her on the patient portal that we were in a fender bender over Father’s Day weekend and asked if I needed to come in sooner. She advised me that unless I had cramping and bleeding, (which I did not at the time), I did not need to come in. She knew I had a high-risk pregnancy since I was already working with an MFM due to the type of uterus I have (which was not correctly diagnosed until I had a D & C). 4 days after the accident I had severe cramping, contractions, seizures, and had to go to the hospital where I had an emergency D & C due to what I believe was a concealed placental abruption caused by the accident. When Dr. Garza called to follow up with me the day after this happened, she was getting into the nuances of whether I had a seizure or fainted as I was telling her about my traumatic miscarriage and hospitalization. She did follow up a week after that first call and seemed more sympathetic, but at this point I was already done. I am now working with the OB/GYN who performed the surgery on me at Ascension Seton Hays. I hope that for any future high-risk pregnancies, the Wildflower OB/GYN would allow an earlier scan or refer the patient to their assigned MFM to be scanned sooner to prevent (or at least prepare for) this type emergency situation.
I saw Dr. Stringfellow yesterday, and I thought it was one of the best doctor's visits I've had in a long time! It reminded me of when I was a student at UT and the gynecologists there were never in a rush and always so kind and understanding. I have had issues with heavy bleeding and intense dysmenorrhea. I have my hesitations about hormonal birth control, and I shared things I've tried to help me deal with my symptoms. She was able to be so respectful while still sharing the research with me on what things have been shown to work and what doesn't. I know formal training is really helpful in being able to understand what data and research out there is actually useful, because there is so much noise on the internet about health and wellness! I can get bogged down in all that noise, so I love a doctor that I can trust to keep up with that and distinguish the helpful information for me. What a refreshing visit!!
This staff is unprofessional and the doctor I had dr . Cohen i dont know if at a young age they see me as stupid but any refferals I have I get no contact from my anatomy scans took. Over 2 months to get scheduled and got told it’s my responsibility to find out and know my appointment when my doctor is suppose to refer me directly to them .. and I’m magically suppose to find out where the location and name is of the clinic and I made a. Complaint and at my. Last appointment acted very petty towards the complaint I made to her clinic. She made my first pregnancy very stressful not having a doctor who cared
Completely rude and unprofessional. I'm new to the area so I called a few offices in the area to ask if they're accepting new clients and to inquire about appointment availability. As soon as I said I had called a few places to check on appointment availability the front desk woman uttered something under her breath and hung up on me.
Dr. Michelle Lu is a kind, warm, smart physician. She communicates clearly and patiently, taking the time to listen and answer questions even with a busy day. Highly recommend seeing her, she made me feel very comfortable.
I had a good experience with Dr. Cohen about a year ago, hoping to switch OBGYNs when I got pregnant, but after I became pregnant and called their office and left 2 messages, etc, no one got back to me. This was disturbing, as I can't imagine this happening to me if there was something seriously wrong. Due to the office not getting back to me, I lost trust and switched to a different OBGYN. I highly recommend that the practice reconsiders their administrative staff, because this wasn't acceptable.
