I was very impressed with this place, even before I stepped foot in the door. I contacted them about an item on the menu and I needed to check ingredients. They responded by email and were very helpful. Upon arrival for my reservation (4 people) they sat us quickly and had notes on the reservation regarding my request. Our waitress was attentive and helpful, always checking on my diet needs and restrictions. At our table we had 2 Beef Wellington, 1 Prime Rib, and one Coconut Shrimp. Each meal was perfectly cooked. The beef was flavorful, and so tender! There are a couple tiny things I could pick at, such as watery cocktail and slowness to clear plates that were cluttering the table. I say that, but still believe the service and food, especially the food, warrants a 5-star review.
Love Wildfire in Eden Prairie. Fantastic spot for a great meal! I’m just never disappointed with their food. Got the New York strip last night and it was excellent as usual. The only thing I was sad about was that they were sold out of their skillet cornbread. They should make more! The service was excellent as usual.
We had a Wonderful dinner with an AMAZING server; Fariba!! The crab cakes, chopped salad, and cocktails were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! We'll for sure be back!!!
Great place to go out to eat. 5 stars all around. Filet Wellington and prime rib were spot on. Great atmosphere and service was top notch. D was the best server. Finally a server with personality that interacts with their customers! Thanks D for the perfect date night!
Love the atmosphere of Wildfire, the fun 40s theme with wonderful music and servers in nice shirts and ties. The service was delightful, the onion rolls served before the meal were great. We got the shrimp and lobster bisque, Cesar salad, medallion trios and the loaded baked potato and dessert. The steak was phenomenal, melt in your mouth medium rare. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. The baked potato was huge, bacon was crispy and full of cheese, green onion and sour cream. The cheesecake was delicious, the cherry pie tasted fresh with tart cherries and fresh whipped cream. Look forward to going again.
The Ceasar salad was excellent. Delicious and flavorful. Service was also excellent. On to the bad. The asparagus was far too tough and difficult to even chew. I love asparagus and this was a big disappointment. The next bad was the streaks. They weren't horrible, but our medium streak was cooked less than our medium rare steak. Very undercooked. At 80$ a person, I expected better. I have to compare to Texas Roadhouse, where we ate earlier this week. It was only 30$ a person there and the steaks and sides were honestly better.
We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving dinner last night and hope to make this a yearly tradition. The food was outstanding. We got two choices of entries and for those of us who preferred Salmon to Turkey, we got our wish. The sides were delicious. We had a large platter of roasted veggies as well and skin on mashed potatoes. We also had a relish tray, salads and desserts. Our server was polite and considerate. Without even asking he brought my husband a new napkin, who is handicapped, and had dropped it. Our dinner was brought to us very quickly, in spite of the large crowd. It was a great experience!
Elegant restaurant in Eden Prairie for those special occasions, date nights or if you just want a really good steak dinner. My husband and I have always ordered the Romanian skirt steak as a favorite. We miss the double baked cheddar potato that was on the menu a couple years ago but the mashed is just fine, too. Drinks are good but the mocktails tasted a little off. Reservations are recommended.
