A real campground. gravel roads and grass. Sites are a decent size. Small, quiet, and relaxing, Nice restrooms and laundry. Pool was closed for the season.
This is a good RV park. The staff are wonderful. The RV site are like being at a state park but have a pool and other amenities.
Coming home from Biloxi ms Cruising the Coast Car Show and hurricane, Thank you for letting us stay, campground was simple but clean bath houses,
Resort pleasantly quite.
Showers excellent.
Have been here a few times in past couple of years.
Dryers routinely need repair, takes sometimes a couple of days, up to a week.
Washers usually functional.
Could really use new washer & dryers.
Otherwise a relaxing time.
This RV park is old with very little amenities. They really need to update the laundry room! But what they lack in amenities it more than makes up for in nature! ???? It has 2 small ponds that are nice also.
This was a place to land with water, sewer and electric but that was about it. I honestly wouldn't waste your money here because there are 3 other parks at the same exit that look much much nicer. To start with, RPI (Resort Parks International) listed their check in hours from 9am-6pm Sun-Saturday. We arrived at 11am on Sunday to check in after 2 long days of travel and there was a sign on the door that said check in was not until 1:30pm. It also said go to spot A4 to visit Jerry if you have issues. So we attempted that and no one was there either. So we finally get checked in. The clubhouse/check In was really old and rundown. There was a pool up front but it was out of season but also looked run down.||We finally get back to our spot and it was a tight one. There was space for the 44 foot 5th wheel and the truck parked sideways and the car had to be on the road and on top of the truck. We get parked and take a walk around and the park was extremely run down. There were tons of really really old campers with torn up awnings and junk and trash all around the campers. There were old campers parked in the grass near a shed with some more junk and a huge pile of garbage bags full of leaves or pine needles. There aws a super strange spot in the back near E9 where someone had used plastic bottles and all kind of other junk to make their super weird walking path through the woods. Very very old and trashy.||People were speeding through the park super fast back by our spots which was super frustrating and annoying having dogs and kids. I think a lot of the people here live here full time. Also their Propane was $7 per gallon!!!!! Which is absolutely insane! - I recommend driving 15 minutes down the road for closer to $3 per gallon propane at Bloosman Propane Gas and Appliance (Robertsdale, AL)||I was super annoyed at the owner/management - he came by in his car to tell us that we needed to move our car out of the empty spot and that we were not supposed to have a dog fence and it needs moved. That was not disclosed to us upon arrival and check in and honestly I think its ridiculous that I am not allowed to have a dog fence out but the amount of trash and junk laying around the park is ok. I gave it a 3 for value but ONLY because we are RPI members and only paid $10 per night. I would not pay more than that to stay here. We camped at Wilderness RV Park in a Fifth Whee
The campground is in very poor condition. The campground spots are small, and the manager/owner states it is a pull through, it would just hold my 35 ft. We booked a 50 amp through Coast to Coast and we're only given a 30 amp. The campground is in need of a mowing and good cleaning. And removal of junk around the campers that are full time. We will never be staying at this Coast to Coast again. Coast to Coast needs to review this location for continued service.
Pretty big RV park with mostly long term residents. A lot of big trees, a pool, and a little lake, a laundry room and showers. Gravel road with gravel spots. Spots are pretty leveled with full hookups, most sides have 30 amp connections. It was cold when we stayed, but quiet and peaceful and the people that we talked to were nice and friendly.
