Ordered wings and potato chips. Wings came out, but no chips. Server told me they had to make a new batch of chips. 10 minutes later, told me my chips were almost done. Another 5 minutes later, chips are just about to come out. Fourth time I asked, I was told the chips were being unloaded "off the truck." WTH?!? After waiting almost an hour, and after finished my wings, I asked for a tea to go and told server to cancel my chips. If I had known the potato chips were "still on the truck" I wouldd have ordered something different. Waited 20 minutes to get a tea to go and finally gave up. Manager was not available to speak with me. I guess the manager was unloading the truck (although there was no truck outside). This place is always hit or miss, and today it was definitely a miss! My wife and I have both worked in food service, and we can accept when a restaurant is out of something or when something has to be remade, but we don't like when a server tries to bulls--- us about what happened. Just tell me you didn't put the order in and stop blaming the back of the house.
Omg!!! Usually when we come here the food is great! Today it was awful! I had the catfish and it was so oily that I had to use napkins to place the fish on and when I tried to eat it the skin just came completely off!!! And it wasn’t hot, like temperature hot so that explains why it was so oily! It wasn’t cooked or drained properly.
I went here for a quick bite to eat and the quick bite turned into an hour, with barely anyone in the restaurant, I got a shrimp appetizer which was baby shrimp on a raggedy bed of lettuce, the wings were not that good and the wedges was ok, they need to step up their game on cooking time and presentation.
Great food but slow service. I’ve been going to this place for years and have made great memories here. The food has always been good however over time the service has just gotten slow.
1 star exclusively because of how gross the both tables are. I was able to rub some of the gunk off of it with my finger and then scraped some off with the end of a straw.
I’d rather get kicked in the nuts with steel toed boats than come to this place. Gave them multiple chances. Just god awful service. I’d rather stick my hand in a saw blade then come here again. Just an absolute piss poor establishment. This is after 3 visits.
I was in the mood for wings....and they have a twofer on Tuesday....buy 5 wings and get 5 wings free (or maybe it’s 6—can’t remember). I got honey mustard and red chili. Side salads are pretty good and the service is quick. Last night was karaoke night and full of laughs. Literally I was crying funeral tears at some of the performances. Food is fresh. Keeps a good crowd but you are seated relatively quickly.
I should have sampled my friends burger and fries—but I missed my opportunity.

Anna our server was amazing. Was courteous and met our every needs. I gave 4 stars bc she waited patiently on the bartender not once but four times. She wouldn't get off her phone to pour our drinks. She even rolled her eyes when Anna reminded her she had rang in drinks for our table twice. She had only 3 men at the bar. Maybe her bar would have been more full if she gave the guest priority over her phone. Wings and food were delicious. Hire a new bartender and maybe you'll be busier on a Monday. Thank you Anna for your service and your attention to detail.
