Best WLM Reviews
Let me just say that my experience here was so nice. I tried this spot after about thinking about it for two weeks. The so god and I really liked their menu for kids as well. My waitress was so sweet during it entire visit (professional and engaging). It wasn’t quite as busy when I went as it was a rainy day but I’ve driven by this business on multiple occasions and it’s always so busy. They can clearly accommodate larger parties and I like that they have an outdoor deck as well. The bar area is pretty big if you’re looking for a spot for the upcoming football season. I’ll be a repeat customer so see you all soon! Try them out.. You won’t regret it!
Wild Wing Cafe - A Disappointing Experience
I visited Wild Wing Cafe on a Saturday night, and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. After waiting to be seated, someone finally approached us, only to rudely tell us to grab our own menus and seat ourselves anywhere to the left side. The attitude was standoffish and unprofessional, but since we were hungry, we decided to stay.
There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time, so we expected faster service. Instead, we sat there for about 20 minutes with no one attending to us. Finally, we had to flag down someone who was cleaning a table nearby to get some help. Our waitress, Tammy (I believe), took our drink orders, and we also gave her our food order since we already knew what we wanted.
Our drinks came out, and about 30 minutes later, she assured us that our food would be out in just a few minutes. Fast forward another 20 minutes, and our drinks were empty, with no sign of our food. Tammy never came back to check on us. Instead, we saw her up on stage singing karaoke, completely ignoring her tables.
Frustrated, we flagged down another waitress and found out that our food order was never put in, and to make matters worse, the kitchen was now closing. It was infuriating to have wasted our night like this. I would have much preferred being told upfront if there was an issue or if they were no longer serving food, but instead, we were left sitting there with no communication.
This place seriously lacks professionalism, respect, and regard for its customers. They had no one else to serve, yet we were completely neglected. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Wild Wing Cafe to anyone. They seem to prioritize karaoke over providing even the most basic service.
This may be the best burger in all
Of Virginia! If not pretty much the US. NOT EVEN KIDDING. Perfectly cooked to order, great portion. they provide wet naps for a reason. So juicy! Toppings are crisp and not sloppy! We literally raved about how good it was! I am a small eater, but I finished this! Delicious.
Wild Wing Cafe - Terrible Service and Poor Food Quality
The service at Wild Wing Cafe is awful. I felt completely ignored and abandoned by the staff who should have been serving us. When I had a legitimate issue with the poor food quality, the staff was rude and dismissive. It’s shocking how unprofessional they are.
Honestly, the Virginia health inspector needs to pay this place a visit because the standards seem really low. And don’t even think about getting your food quickly — it feels like it takes 3-5 business days just to get an order.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you’re expecting decent service or food.
Great place to get different flavorful wings. They have other things on the menu, but we always come for the chicken. I like a side salad and a basket of fries with my wings. The kids meals come with ice cream and a drink. You get to choose their flavor of wings as well. Since my baby is one, her wings came plain. She also love their chicken tenders.
Amazing food Amazing vibe greats wings the flavors are definitely spot on most are wet rubs but the dry rub was also good great experience gottacome back and try all the other flavors on the menu
Wednesday evening at prime time with 10 parties in the restaurant and they took 10 minutes for a drink order...not good. Sirachos are very spicy so watch out! The wings were overdone for my taste but found out later my wife ordered them extra crispy. Be advised that extra crispy equals dry and tough. Good value for the food and drinks. Really like the Jalapeno Cheddar sauce (medium to hot sauciness) and big fat fries. Oh....this place needs some type of noise suppression tiles in the ceiling. I had a hard time hearing conversations from across the table and my hearing is normal and not impaired.
We went right after the Covid restrictions were being lifted. Staff was very professional and following all the rules. The wings were absolutely great! The sauces tasted like they were fresh made. We also got loaded fries and they were great too. We will definitely go back even though it is a little bit of a drive for us.
