Placed my order online September 21, 2024 @6:31pm. I ordered the chargrilled shrimp skewers(garlic, garlic, garlic sauce & peachybbq w/fiesta rice and steamed broccoli. House salad w/ranch & 15 wings(atomic meltdown, medium and the slayer hot garlic) all flats extra WET. I paid $46 and only 4 wings came with sauce and the rest were plain wings. I ordered the different sauces because I like them and usually order from here before I go to other places. I also usually order in person and haven't had an issue before. I'm so disappointed especially since I didn't pick up my order until 7:05 giving them extra time to prepare the order because the pick up time was 6:47. Once I arrived at the restaurant I approached the bartender and stated I had an online order but still had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my food. I assumed my order was correct as usual. Left the restaurant to take my hubby his food at work and headed home only to find out I received mostly plain wings. I PROMISE I WON'T BE BACK! NOT FOR SUPERBOWL, NEW YEARS, BIRTHDAYS OR ANY OTHER MAJOR EVENTS!
You lost a great server in Tyler F he rocked even though the restaurant needs so much to mention. Grandma said it don't hurt to me nice. God blesses everyday. Thanks Tyler for making Jake's day and a lot of others including mine
Well, that was an odd experience.
The Man & I arrived about 5 minutes before they opened at 11 am. He kept making comments about the fact that there were only 2 cars in the lot and one was obviously there to eat. After the other car emptied, we went inside. It was staffed… People were cleaning off tables while others were wiping down menus. That gave me a good feeling that they are looking out for their customers.
We were seated and helped right away. Our server was very courteous & quick. I think she had to be because she was the only one serving the two occupied tables. Our appy came out quick but the bites looked burned as you can see in the pic. The food came next & the food was very hot. Its hard to distinguish the flavors when the chicken is that hot. Honestly, that isn’t a complaint. I would much rather the food come out hot than cold. We got 25 bites with 5 flavors.
Once it cooled off, the taste was decent. We were kept watered by the server & she made sure to keep up if we wanted something else. I would say a fault would be maybe not ask if we wanted dessert while holding our bill?
I just now read the recent reviews & saw none of what was described. I couldn’t see into the kitchen from my table to advise of its state. The bathroom was clean when I went to wash my hands. No insects skuttling across the floor. I try to stay away from the Health ratings info online unless the restaurant has a low A or worse. My curiosity will not let it go. The place was empty for most of our time there. Spookily…
Bottom Line~ I might go back if we are hungry & everywhere is full. There isn’t anything to set the food apart from any other sports place.
Understaffed. Our waitress was taking care of the entire dining room along with all the high tops in the bar. Our wings are literally cold I'm guessing they don't cook them fresh and just reheat them. my wife and I are on a keto diet so chicken wings are one of the few things we can safely eat. But not here. Overcooked and apparently reheated and then left to sit for an incredibly long time .. if you want microwave non-crispy cold chicken wings this is your place.
Like most people say if I could give it 0 stars I would. I never eat here because it’s so slow but I’m a good daughter and get what my parents want for dinner, next time I’m just going to go back to the kitchen and make it myself. What’s the point of ordering online for it to be ready by the time I get there (I was even 5 mins past the pick up time) just to sit and wait at the bar for 10 extra minutes just to be told they didn’t have any fries. Who the hell doesn’t have fries?! At a sports bar?!? Boggles my mind so much gives me a headache. The place was super empty, older couple having their dinner and two people at the bar. So tell me why it took 30 mins for 2 wraps and a substitution of fries for tater tots, again it boggles my mind. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in and had to hunt down the bar tender just to ask for my order. Not a pleasant experience and definitely not going back. EVER.
Went in to get dinner, but left 15 minutes later. Started with being told by a waitress or employee to "go around" on my way to a table. She was standing in the middle of the way talking to another employee. I sat in the bar and waited 10+ minutes for anybody to acknowledge me. No one came by or even looked my way.
Don't waste your time!
Gross. Our food was just gross. We ordered the sausage ball appetizers. They were so overdone - literally crispy, black and burnt. We asked for all drum wings but got a mix and half of them were super crispy and way over done. The restaurant wasn't too appealing to the eye and looked dirty and old. After eating the appetizer I got sick. Yeah don't go there.
We ended up having a hair in our wings. We received was no apology when we told th bartender who was serving us. The bartender was more or so aggravated as if she was the one who had hair in the food . We were comp-ed for the food, but my man asked for money off the bill given the situation or a coupon. When he spoke to The manager, he was smiling .. no apology …it’s like it was not serious that a hair was in the food . The hair was atleast 3 inches long . I have never been at a more unwelcoming place . Service was terrible . The place itself was not very clean . The lines were dried out . Fries were cold . It took over 20 mins for our food to come out , just to have hair in them .
