Best WLM Reviews
Very disappointed. Went around 1pm completely under staffed employees walking around looking lost. Paid $17 for 10 old dried out stale wings, serving wings that look like this is inexcusable. Some type of old baby chicken wing that was cooked a day or two ago also the bartender was not very hospitable will not be returning to this wild wings location.
Well, folks, let me tell ya about my trip to Wild Wing Café on Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina! You know, the kind of place where you walk in, and you can practically smell the fried goodness in the air. I’m talking about wings so tasty that even the chickens are clucking in approval!
First off, the atmosphere is as lively as a family reunion—minus that one uncle who always tells the same old joke. The walls are adorned with all sorts of sports memorabilia, making it feel like you’ve stepped into a mini Hall of Fame. And let’s be honest, nothing says “American dining experience” quite like wings and sports on a big screen, right? I half expected to see a giant foam finger waving in the air!
Now, let’s get to the main event: the wings! They have a menu that’s more extensive than my dad jokes! I mean, I counted at least 30 different flavors—ranging from mild enough to make a baby yawn to spicy enough to make a grown man cry. I decided to go with the classic Buffalo wings because, hey, I’m a fan of tradition—like wearing socks with sandals!
The service? Top-notch! Our server was friendlier than a golden retriever at a barbecue. She helped me navigate the menu like a GPS guiding you home after a long day. When my wings arrived, oh boy! They were saucy, crispy, and just the right amount of messy. I felt like a kid again, diving into a plate of happiness. And let me tell you, the ranch dressing was so good, I thought about asking for a gallon to go!
Now, my only complaint is that I didn’t have enough room in my stomach to try everything! I was eyeing the nachos like a kid eyeing the last cookie in the jar. But alas, I had to leave some for next time.
So, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy some delicious wings while sharing a few laughs, Wild Wing Café is your spot. Just remember, folks, don’t wear your Sunday best unless you want to be part of the “sauce splash zone!”
Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Had the fried chicken sandwich, which can be hit or miss at some restaurants. The chicken was cooked perfect, tender and juicy! They really nailed it!
Not sure why my last review did not get posted. Long story short I accidentally gave a $300 tip on a handheld machine. Called back a few days later after noticing the transaction on my statement. They said they were waiting on my call knowing it was a mistake and would take care of it. That was in August. To this day I’ve not seen any credit or refund. I’ve called many times and left several messages saying they would have the regional manager contact me as he was the only one who could handle the issue. I never received a call back. I’ve also sent a letter and no response. Bad way to run a business.
I use to come here many times for the wing, but this time their wing was not really good: it was so dried and barely had any sauce with it. But the service was good and the atmosphere was not bad. I will give them another try in case the chief was in a bad mood,….!
Me and my husband went here today for the first time because we had time to waste before our movie and was hungry. The worst wings we’ve ever had in our life! The wings were rubbery with no flavor and the skin was so tough! I don’t know if the cooks were having a bad day but it was god awful the buffalo chicken dip was the best we ever had but still, will never come here again waste of 60 dollars. Also waiter was nice but had to hunt her down for every single thing and they almost empty so not sure why.
It's a pretty nice place in itself however the Service at the Bar is Horrid. Bartenders were angry/ mean looking and it's very hard to get your drink refilled because the Bartenders are more worried about what's on their phones than what's in your glass
And if you do dare to wave down a Bartender, they will look at you like you are bothering them. Every one that I was sitting next to Agreed that the service was terrible at the Bar
Place was nice but food wasn't so good. I couldn't tell the difference between the flavored wings & then I had hot wings and none of them had any spice. Strawberry margaritas was Strawberry lemonade as far as I was concerned & the straight shot of don & water with lemon was the most refreshing.
