Best WLM Reviews

The food was lacking flavor big time. The wings barely had any sauce on them and they were tiny. The onion rings were not battered. The sauce looked like it had been sitting out. Service was slow. At least the waiter was nice.
The food was good but it came out cold. However the managers brought us out hot food and all was well.
Some of my all time favorite wings in Myrtle Beach! So many wing flavors to choose from! And the dressings are home made. The garlic parm are to die for! Crispy, juicy and cooked to perfection! The service is always outstanding!!
????????????????????????????????????

Chicken tenders are terrible, nashville hot is basically liquid nothing, BUT i heard good things about the carolina copper sauce. The onion rings were DELICIOUS. The Aioli sauce with them was wonderful. Our waitress did her job, nothing more nothing less, which is fine by me.
⚠️ Warning ⚠️
Do NOT EAT Here!!!
This place hardly had any customers. IT took over an hour to get food. This is one of the absolute worst places I've been to eat. I do regret coming here.
We arrived at 12:35 pm & food came out at 2:09pm.
The wings were so small/tiny. The wings barely had sauce. The wings came to the table cold & tough. The ranch was spilled all over chicken before I got the plate. (Picture below) This is how the plate arrived to the table. The fries were undercooked and cold. This is NOT a good place to eat. Highly unacceptable
The food was trash ????
The waiter tried to take the extra change is his tip. Freaking unbelievable! I will never return to this place.
The menus that they give you are old and faded that you can not read the food descriptions. You have to ask the server what it is. Being from Buffalo the wings are not even close to what you find in Buffalo. Some of the sauces were very good. The appetizers we had were very good. The Steel town spuds with tots were good and the Bavarian pretzel was good.
Buyer Beware: Avoid this place if you're looking to use any Sam's gift cards or corporate-related offers, or really expecting high standards in general. We had a free 6-wing welcome email, but it was declined because they aren't "corporate." From the lackluster service to the subpar food, this place needs major improvement.
Detailed Review:
Gift Cards and Promotions: F-
Sam's gift cards? Not accepted.
Corporate-related offers? Also not accepted. Our free 6-wing welcome email was declined.
Service and Ambiance: D
The call-in experience was disappointing; the lady had no idea about the specials.
Signs hanging by a thread and poor decor didn't inspire confidence.
Service was lackluster, and management was reactive and nowhere to be found. The food runner was good, though, and the server was at least relatively friendly, which is why they got a D and not F, here.
Food Quality: C-
Wings: Tiny, dry, and not crispy. See picture.
Tenders: Fatty and flavorless.
Fries: Oily mess at first, corrected later but still bland.
Experience: D-
The manager knew about our issues with the gift cards but never checked on us beyond that clearly disappointing interaction.
The restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday night in June, which should have been a red flag.
No toy included with the kids' menu as advertised.
Final Thoughts:
We passed over 100 restaurants to get here, expecting the high standards we were used to from this chain. Instead, we were let down by everything from the service to the food quality. Unless they significantly improve, save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere. Learn from our mistake and avoid this place until they get their act together.
I suggested to my wife that my family of 5 find another place to go, but since we were already there and it was late, we stayed put. Plus, she was excited for the tenders and fries. She later admitted staying was a mistake. Don’t make the same mistake as us…find any other place on the strip. This is honestly not an over-exaggeration- Arby’s has better: service, ambiance, tenders, fries, and prices. I would go to Arby’s 10/10 times over this dumpster fire of a dining experience.
Upon entering we waited awhile before being greeted by anyone. Once sat we noticed other tables appeared to have been waiting for service. While waiting for our server I looked up some reviews and got worried after reading some of the recent reviews. Our server stopped by finally and promised to be with us shortly. A few minutes later he, Kevin I believe returned and took our order. From that point on things got better. Our appetizer arrived a short time later and was hot, fresh and tasted great! Our food then arrived and it was just as hot and fresh. Luckily tonight we weren't in a hurry and had no where to be. I feel their main problem could be staffing issues like most businesses are dealing with today. I recommend giving them a try if you're patient and want a relaxing dinner. Thanks to Kevin our server for making the best of the situation and making our dinner out an enjoyable experience!
