Best WLM Reviews

The first moment walking was already very positive service and attending to our immediate welcome, being very courteous and conversational.
Started the experience with their fabulous cocktail Wild Rita, being an absolute treat that's spicy, fruity sweet, and the kick of the tequila well balanced. Not to mention their salsa that is brought with the ships in very refreshing, tart but the perfect touch of spicy heat. I do regret not at least trying an appetizer, but I did come with a slight budget for me and my husband.
The entree I got was the Surf & Turf while my husband got the barbacoa quesdilla, while mine came with refried beans and clinatro rice. I will definitely say from my taste, being very picky about my fajitas of any kind, that these were marinated and charred near perfectly and tender. The Chipotle butter that's melted on top is also a very surprising bonus, and make sure you get that butter, especially rubbed and melted on everything. The peppers and onions were caramelized and smokey, tasting just like they should be, being crunchy but not soggy or just burnt or raw. As for my husband's entree, I never had barbacoa quite like this, not being overly greasy but being still that juicy meat that you know it to be; being salted and seasoned traditionally to taste like a step up from the usual. And the cheese melted with it, delicious.
We finished our night with their churros. It was the perfect finishing touch to a very delicious and excellent experience. Granted, the churros size is small, though after heavy and well portioned meals, it's perfect; and it is 6 pieces that's both sharable or soloed.
Lastly, paying the price that we did blew both of our minds to the quality and quantity of the meal.
Please keep this place going and spread the word.
Came here for our anniversary befor catching a show down the street. Alberto provided amazing service as soon as we walked in. He took the time to answer any questions and made some great recommendations based off of our preferences, and provided fast and friendly service. If you like Ceviche, definitely give theirs a try. The Cochinita Tamal and Barbaqoa Taco were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back.
Our group thoroughly enjoyed how friendly and attentive our server, Corey, was! He knew the menu well and made solid recommendations. It is so nice to come across someone who really cares about the customer experience!
The food was great and fresh. I'm pretty picky about my guacamole and found the one here to be very flavorful. The shrimp ceviche was the perfect size and great taste.
The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. I've already told others about my experience and I'll definitely visit again!
Thanks for the great experience, Corey!
Great service and the food came out quick. We got tacos and enchiladas. The free nachos and salsa were delicious! They give you a free popsicle too.
This place was pretty amazing. Went for the Taco Tuesday special and was not disappointed. Really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We were able to walk in and be seated immediately (went around lunch time).
The food was tasty. We ordered the Carne Asada, Chicken Tinga, Barbacoa, Mahi Mahi, and Shrimp (grilled and fried) tacos, elotes, churros, and three margaritas (blood orange and mango (rocks and frozen). Chips and salsa were brought to our table as soon as we sat. There was an issue with the corn, but nothing crazy. It was sent back and we were able to enjoy the rest of our food. My favorite of the tacos might have been the Barbacoa. The churros were also a highlight.
Service was fantastic. Lesly took great care of us the whole time, even recommending things for us to try. We will definitely return to check out the rest of the menu!
Incredible! We visited Dallas from Chicago and could not have been happier with our experience. Our server, Corey, was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Everything on the menu was “leveled up” from a traditional standpoint. Highly recommend the wild Rita, Cochinita tamale, and churros! All amazing!
Short wait for a table, everyone was extremely friendly. They were short staffed, but you would’ve never known it. Service was great as was the food and cocktail. Had the jalapeño pineapple margarita and stuffed pasilla tamale. Yum Looking forward to next visit to Dallas so we can eat here again.
The tamale is absolutely incredible—I've never seen a tamale wrapped like this before. The presentation is a work of art. However, the standout dish isn’t the fajitas or the tamale, but the corn. It has a unique flavor that sets it apart from what you'd find in most Mexican restaurants—it doesn't even taste like typical Mexican corn. The initial taste is subtle, but the lingering aftertaste keeps you coming back for more.
