We have been to many sushi restaurants, Wild ginger is by far the best yet. It is very clean and well layed out. You are not sitting too close to other tables.
The staff are well presented and very friendly.
Our waiter, Moses, was awesome. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was on the ball, not to intrusive or pushy. On top of refills and kept us updated on our order, just a note, we ordered 14 rolls, so we know it can take awhile to prepare. His suggestion of a roll was spot on and delicious.
The sushi itself was amazing, every roll was delicious and would recommend them to everyone.
This is now our favorite sushi spot and we will absolutely be going back.

Fancy dinner night with out of town family ranging in age and temperament. Chef was fantastic, duck was to die for, and the bartender makes perfect huckleberry mojitos. Kudos especially to the fine dining conductor on duty, Moses, who made the experience everything it needed to be. Outstanding. Jazz music and young people come in later in the evening, and the mix of sophisticated and ancient and effortlessly modern is complete. Highly recommend.

Well good morning!! Just woke up from the best food coma ever lol.
Have a sushi craving? This is the spot. As we left we compare and contrast our sushi experiences to this experience. My husband is a sushi addict and we do it normally twice a year cuz well it's expensive lol but food is our love language so it's important to have great experience!
This place has taken 1st place in our Montana experiences! We had a fantastic server Moses (on the receipt spelled Mousa) he was absolutely a pleasure! First he moved us to a more comfortable table that would hold our order lol. Then he recommended, what ended up being one of the favs the FIRE DRAGON (I got a video) it's got a unique charred taste that makes it's a flavor of its own. He set up the table soo beautifully!! Thank you!!
As we packed up the left overs we realized that we ate way more than we expected, I even kept up with my husband (which has never happened) and we ate every single new flavored ones and only left with 3 boxes of our norms!! So what I'm saying is it was too delicious so next time we going have to order a to go order as well lol Thank you all for a great lunch experience. Definitely looking forward to the next time!

As first-time visitors to Billings, we hit the jackpot by selecting the Wild Ginger for dinner. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the service by Lou, our bartender and waiter, was top-notch. My sister and I chose to sit at the bar which proved to be a wise decision. Started off with a Cosmo Martini and Bourbon Manhattan that set the tone. The menu is huge, so Lou helped in guiding our entree choices of the Thai curry casserole and the fresh basil shrimp, both were mouth-watering delights. Even the side salads were cold, crisp with a yummy dressing. Topped off dinner with a decadent chocolate torte. It was a great meal and great conversation as we learned about the area. Highly recommend this amazing downtown restaurant!
LOU AND BROOKLYN were awesome last night! Lou makes the best drinks and Brooklyn is such an attentive server (a hottie too)! We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back!
The food and ambience is incredible, but our server Moses really made our experience amazing! Hands down the best margaritas in town, but the mango jalapeño was my favorite!
Always have a good experience at this place. This time, went with my dad and he ordered chicken fried rice and I ordered pork fried rice. The pork fried rice wasn't going to be done for a little bit longer and so the waitress brought me out an entire order of chicken fried rice because of the inconvenience (and later brought out my order of pork fried rice). It really was above and beyond for customer service and much appreciated. I was able to have lots of leftovers for lunch the next day.
Great sushi, sake, and saltwater fish tank! The fish tank is for viewing only! They got Marlin, Nemo, Gill (a mini one), Pearl the starfish (in grey), Jaques, Dory, and Bubbles.
